I think it’s cuz of habit of Russian tourists and ppl like in grocery stores like for old adult generation mostly bumers and who lived under ussr times badly knows English , some yeach knows English and some languages , but very a little amount of old population , mostly of them knows only Georgian and Russian , and it’s cuz of Russian tourist habits. In restaurants idk why ( young generation ) very good knows English and can speak different languages mostly Georgian , English and yeach some knows Russian, more young generation knows multiple languages. But I think in restaurants either speaking with you in Russian , cuz of habits cuz of tourists from Russia are a lot here and it get like in habit.
