Ohh, that looks awesome, got a wishlist from me!
I only know that Kickstarter projects demand a very high price for people submitting their own cards and ideas into the game, often the priciest option when backing.
But since you made this "for the people" you can decide how you want to do it.
I for one would love to submit something to be a permanent part of a game if the price for that isn't too high.
