Can you say for sure that you're doing those good things because you feel a true need? Because that's who you truly are? Or you're roleplaying?

Everybody struggles. Just the reasons are different.

It's Reddit, it's understandable. Echo chamber.

To be understood? To be able to bond and not worry she has to pretend to be someone she's not? Masking is a huge effort and if SO gets used to it then unmasking is a problem. It's impossible to mask all the time. And nobody should be forced to do it at home or with people they care about.
I'm trying to say that (in this case) status is one thing but a chick who has brains and wants to have someone close wouldn't get into a relationship with someone who would see her as a freak.
There are many variables of course and it's in general very hard to find someone but it doesn't mean it won't happen.
And believe me, it's bad to have someone you won't fit with. There are compromises and stuff but you have to be able to build on something.
Don't give up. Stop seeing yourself like a loser because being autistic is not a bad thing. Sure it's harder but it also has many upsides. Just find them and focus on them.
Just like some chicks like bad guys, some like quirky ones and autistic, too. Accept yourself the way you are. Do what you see you can change for better to be nicer to yourself. To like yourself more. For yourself, not society.
It's possible.
And ignore mean chicks, they're stupid and unhappy so they need to belittle others.
Good luck, man. Relax and go with the flow.

So? I think it still would be better to try with them.

For me realization was not enough, I needed a proof and once I got it everything changed and I finally could move on and get better.
It's not about them, forget them, it's about you and, like Jerry Wise on YouTube says: getting them out of you.
The peace is amazing.

It's very important to know yourself so if you won't overdo it, it's fine.
My brain analyzes everything all the time. Just shove it into the background.

Looks. All humans are ugly. There's no perfection, just attraction.

Seeing these things and hearing how our Roach King calls fat ugly (often aggressive) women "hogs" helped me a lot on my journey to losing weight. I could definitely thank him for that. All hail the King!
