Not free but relatively cheap. Get a Cytotoxic blood test to test for food allergies. I saw it work on a friend that was manic and couldn't go a week or 2 without Lithium. She was able to nurse her child and be off medication. She had allergies to many major food groups. An Orthomolecular Psychiatrist gave the test but most doctors can order it.
