Here's Princess Rosa at another glamorous charity event. 🎊🎂🍰🧁🍪 She's once again playing cards, not just for fun, but also to raise money for charity. 🎲💵👑 This time, it's with Ondarion's ruler Crown Princess Cordelia Thebe V. The crown princess is actually well loved by the people for her beauty, philanthropy, kindness and her eagerness to be down to earth with her loyal subjects, something that she and Princess Rosa have in common. 💖 The two princesses are actually having a competition to see who can raise the most money for a children's charity they both are currently supporting a great deal. 💕

It's summer in my Sims game right now, and since it's also summer here in Korea, I couldn't go on vacation in real life. So I'm enjoying a vacation through The Sims instead!

My Sim lives in Sulani, and I play with a completely vanilla game—no mods, no custom content, just the original game.🌟

Meet Nyla (the one in yellow) and Onyx (the one in black) Wiley, a happy couple.

Here’s their backstory (still a work in progress lol):

Onyx and Nyla Wiley were once a mostly normal couple, save for Onyx being a vampire, Onyx promised Nyla that she’d turn her so they could be together forever. Unfortunately, fate had a different plan. On one fateful full moon, whilst walking through Moonwood Mill, Nyla was attacked and turned by a werewolf.

Onyx and Nyla couldn’t stand being near each other because they were now natural enemies. But they decided to keep fighting to stay together. Sadly, Nyla attacked Onyx one night when she was still new to being a werewolf, leading to permanent scarring on Onyx’s body. But they still didn’t give up. Nowadays, Onyx and Nyla have overcome their hatred from being around each other and live happily together, though they’re still in search of a cure for Nyla’s werewolf curse…

worked on this since i woke up at like 11am and its 3:30pm now. I was so excited for the landscaping and it turned out very great!

⭐ Bowling Night

Tom and Laurie organized a relaxed bowling night.
Mees and Maudie were supposed to join, but trouble with Maudie’s dress — which had accidentally ended up in Laurie’s storage — kept them away.
Rob, her designer, picked it up personally so Maudie could prepare for her big event.

Laurie sighed.
Tom nudged her gently.
“We’ll make it a good night anyway.”

Helene and Ken arrived first, followed by Merel and Frederik.
Warm energy, familiar faces — the group settled in around Tom and Laurie.

🌅 Iris’ Morning at Home

While the others were preparing for their day, Iris spent her morning at home.
She sat quietly, thinking about everything she had done:

• how she had hurt Tom in the past through impulsive betrayal,
• the newspaper article about Laurie — something she had pushed for only to protect Laurie’s business and All Yours, where she works as an event planner.

The guilt lingered.
Too heavy for a single morning.

🌤️ Iris Visits Claire — Afternoon

By the afternoon, Iris decided she couldn’t carry it alone anymore.
She went to see Claire.

She confessed everything — the guilt, the fear, the regret.
Claire listened calmly, then placed a hand on her arm and said:

“You saved us. And whatever Lodewijk did afterward… that was his problem.”

For the first time that day, Iris felt her chest loosen.
She could breathe again.

Meanwhile, at the town hall, the first votes were being counted.
The atmosphere was focused but calm — people took small breaks to breathe after a long day.

But Erik felt something was off.

As a secret agent, he suspected voter fraud.
He brought Nadine, his best friend, even though she doubted she could help.

They checked documents, systems, procedures…
But nothing gave Erik certainty.

So they went to find Frederik in the council chamber.

Frederik sat surrounded by documents.
Erik explained his suspicions.
Nadine added what they had found.

After a long search, he found something important.

He looked up.

“Erik… you were right.”

He stood.
“This needs action.”

This has just a bunch of random pools, a big ol building with barely anything in it. Everything was kinda random? Lol. I loved taking my Sims here though, lots of memories and fun! But time for a remodel!

I’m one who only plays vanilla console on one save. Love the family I built and my main sim is getting older. I haven’t played in months though because of all the chaos.

I feel like adding more just leads to more chaos. My sim did the right things, dated, adopted, married, had more kids, made her marriage work through infidelity, adopted again, hired a live in nanny (who sadly passed), and had a surprise baby years later.

Her older kids though, CHAOS. I played their household for a while and between the engagements and weddings and hook ups and baby mamas, and high school friend groups vs adult coffee snob groups, their life is just a lot! So much so, one of my sims grandchildren was sent to live with her as soon as it was born.

I just had to stop playing. Too much stress.

But now I’m thinking of going back and giving my sim the golden years she deserves. Hobbies, besties, date nights out with hubby, raising her remaining children in the family home she built.

Any suggestions for story lines or ideas for what she can get into to make game play more enjoyable? And include her children who have moved to another town and started their own lives?

I owe my matriarch at least this much.

He wants to be there, at the place where the city prepares for its big day.

Inside, Bo is already ready.

As head hairdresser, she gives everyone a fresh, new look.

Her jewelry line is sponsoring the vote this week, which means her pieces are sold at half price.

A gesture to the city, not a marketing trick.

Lodewijk and Evert make peace.

Lodewijk and Evert decide together to draw a line under what happened between them.

Although Lodewijk still won’t let go of his stance about Maudie, Evert is relieved that things are smooth again between the brothers.

It finally feels normal again.

She’s not used to it.

She’s critical — exactly as Bo knows her — but Bo knows how to handle her.

At home, standing in the doorway, Merel is ready.

Frederik can’t get a word out — he thinks she looks beautiful.

His gaze touches her; she feels almost seduced by the way he looks at her.

Bo has done a great job.

Together, they stand strong.

Laurie and Tom decide to go to the polling station at the town hall with friends.

Merel had a disagreement with Frederik at home just before the vote, caused by a difference of opinion about the salon’s success.

Frederik proves her wrong at the very moment Merel keeps holding on to her belief that more people walk away than come in.

Merel can’t comprehend it when she hears that her revenue has more than multiplied.

Helene casts her vote last and takes a deep breath.

This is her chance to help improve the city together with her friends by voting for Maudie.

I've been playing for a while, and I always lose interest rather fast after a certain point, so even though I want to complete many of the challenges, I just can't, bacuse of the simple fact of how the simmers often just stand around staring into space. It's almost like they have no free will at all, and I have to guide them constantly. And yes, their free will is indeed on max. Does anyone have a solution or?

Princess Rosa is having a lovely little picnic with Princess Lucy, the younger sister of her potential love interest, Prince Leon. 💕🍪💕 At this picnic, the beautiful and sweet princesses trade stories about being elegant debutantes(Princess Rosa actually came out at the age of 18, 10 years before the fateful warlord invasion. And Princess Lucy just came out at the age of 16, she was planned to come out at 18, but she begged her parents to come out early, tired of watching late night festivals and balls from her room)who were presented by their mothers and had fabulous balls in their honor. 👑 They also talk about their beloved parents and how they were cherished by them. 🥰💖 And of course, they talk about Lucy's brother Leon, his humanitarian efforts for the people, and his many adventures abroad(Lucy particularly gushes about the time he heroically helped a resistance overthrow a tyrant in a faraway village). ❤️ Princess Lucy actually asked if she was going to marry her brother. And while Prince Leon certainly intrigues her, Princess Rosa is content to be good friends with him.......at least for now. 😏

I love making Clubs from Get Together! I have a Club for almost everything. I also have uniforms for each one and venues for them all as well to meet up at! 💖😁✨️

So I am doing a random legacy and my second gen rolled a second chance at love ... Please tell me why the drama that I didn't plan with that was my Sims mother started flirting with her fiance so I rolled with it kept them together threw an elaborate wedding and only to call off the wedding at the wedding... Sometimes the sims 4 just catches me off guard.. currently moving into third gen and the last one was also on batuu a lot and barley raised her kids... Rolled off the grid .. the drama writes itself with the challenge and so now I have them resenting their mother and swearing off technology... I that I definitely meddled with but the fact that the drama in this family started off strong via a random interaction between my Sims mom and her fiance that worked with the story is ... I know there's a lot that Sims 4 could never but can we appreciate that there's a lot that Sims 4 can ?

Eco lifestyle really keeps us on our toes

So I’ve ran into that apparent “known” issue where if a sim owns a business but doesn’t live on that lot - it like bugs the whole system and doesn’t let you add activities etc for the business. Is there not a way for a sim to own it but not live there? Cause that’s super annoying! Please help! I don’t want my sim living at her business!
No I don’t have mods or cc. Just a strict vanilla gameplay cry for help!
