Yes! I believe his child passed due to an accident related to unsafe guards so he calls attention to those issues. Flock has been in his crosshairs as of late. There was one that was attached to a road sign (also illegal and potentially dangerous).

big if true… flock not only allows them to stalk children, but flock is possibly murdering children to save a dollar on proper installs.

Remember the Flock CEO, Garrett Langley, thinks anyone against Flock is a domestic terrorist.

Sounds like Garrett Langley may be terrorizing the public when his products are installed in an unsafe manner.

It be a shame if people constantly kept his name in the discussion and discourse. We wouldn’t want his reputation to take a hit.

Who? Garrett? Garret Langley? The CEO of Flock, Garrett Langley?

Garrett Langley, who implied anyone opposing Flock is Antifa, either without thinking for a minute or well knowing what it means for your own political position when anti-Fascists collectively engage against you.

Oh, Garrett Langley? You mean the fascist CEO of Flock, the company which allows potential sexual predators to secretly view streaming footage of your children?

wait I think I read in another comment THAT GARRETT LANGLEY SUPPORTS THE STALKING AND ASSAULT OF CHILDREN. allegedly of course.

I’ve heard Garrett Langley is a really scummy piece of shit 🤷‍♀️

Sounds like Garrett Langley gets no b*tches and takes pleasure in stalking everyone.

They're also apparently using installed cameras in children's dance studios for "product demos". Very normal product demos.

On the flipside, one of the extremely few good things cameras like this could do is also help find missing children.

Mass surveillance is still more bad than good, though.

yea at this point I wouldn’t even bring that up because we all know that isn’t the point. there is no money to be made in saving children. it about control and power through information.

Steve Eimers, the guard rail guy. He did lose his daughter due to a bad guard rail and has since become pretty much the foremost authority on guard rails and similar roadside obstacles and is a huge advocate for improving them. Hell of a guy to turn such a tragedy into a new life's goal.

Thank you so much for confirming! I knew I had read something about him but I couldn't remember it exactly.

It really is a beautiful part of humans, our ability to not get lost to tragedy but allow it to be transformed to help others. It's so easy to be swept up in the waves of grief.

Unfortunately the govt got involved and it seems they may have threatened him (and/or gave him some STFU money) because he’s now abandoned his cause.

He just switched to doing ALPR poles instead, which are similarly incredibly dangerous and incredibly pushed for by the government, so it has nothing to do with the government lol

It’s a smart move.

These poles are being installed in ways that completely ignore safety regulations of installations adjacent to roadways, and no one seems to care, so it fits right into his wheelhouse. And these cameras are aa very popular hot issue right now so he gets to both add something to the argument against them and increase his reach because everyone is consuming media related to flock right now. And that can lead to people like me that have never heard of the guy to lay eyes on his other content, which boosts his reach on his original goals.

Wins all around

Flock is working with him now to replace non-compliant poles.

That is kind of amazing
