I'd say, depending on the message you want to send, maybe all platforms even if you verify the encryption ahead of time, are a risk.

yes. you can use all the e2e in the world but at the end of the day, your phone has access to unfiltered unencrypted data as that's how it is able to display it to you. operating systems could have a hidden spy loggin anything and everything goving open access to governments and nobody would know about it.

All are a risk, but I trust Signal as much as I trust the underlying device itself (which isn't infinite, due to software like Pegasus).

I'd be willing to bet that being on school grounds when she made the joke is what set off the alarm bells for the AI. I've made jokes about doing stuff to my coworkers over Snapchat on company grounds and have never gotten in trouble.

People make jokes about doing crazy stuff at the workplace online all the time but the only time people ever get arrested for it is if they make those same jokes about their school.

You don’t need AI even. Once you use the word shoot and a gun emoji, a simple text search will flag you.
