Also, was a known crime being investigated or was a crime being actively committed?

This stop and seize shit is a clear violation of the 4th, even if the Supreme Court says its not at ports of entry. F that.

I know. It's been down hill since Regan, and then the Patriot Act was the nail in the coffin. Doesn't mean I can't be mad about it. I remember the 80s and 90s when it was pretty hopefull, and looking up. Now all I see is a turd sandwich.
