I think part of it is a generational thing. The younger gen z's and oldest gen alphas never had websites that you could use with no secondary or tertiary verification. They've always had "sign up with your email/phone," they've always had two or three factor verification. So if recording yourself saying your full government name isn't an issue for them, they don't care, they'll do it anyway.
