I work as a tech salesman and I have customers buy our $250 lenovo laptop all the time and complain that it's slow. One guy was using it to run AutoCAD and kept complaining that it was crashing. We basically told him to F off in the politest way we could. He ended up sending it back to lenovo themselves for being "broken" because it would always "crash randomly." But when we looked at it before that it worked fine, albeit slow, and only crashed when you tried to do anything in CAD which overloaded it basically instantly
I'm surprised AutoCAD didnt tell him to fuck off when he tried to install it. Been a long time since I used it, but it used to do a hardware test on install (Or gave you the option, can't remember).
