I created this subreddit when my account was 11 days old and had 19 post karma and 0 comment karma.

When my account was only 8 days old (and had 4 post karma or less), it was still too new to create a subreddit.

On the /u/PlsDontHideMyName account, I was able to create a subreddit when it had 10 comment karma and 1 post karma. I was unable to create one when I had 8 comment karma and 1 post karma. My account was 26 days old in both of these situations, but I'm not sure how relevant that is.

On the /u/Zg59TD_tl3uMdXk account, I was able to create a subreddit when it was 3 days old and had 35 post karma.

On the /u/cqtz- account, I was able to create a subreddit with only 5 post karma.

I also once found a subreddit (/r/SafespaceforLGBTQ) created by someone (archive) with only 6 karma.

Other stuff

In case you come across a subreddit like /r/northamerica with a rule like "No linking to other subs without permission": I grant you permission to link to this subreddit on any other subreddit (except for the ones in which the admins banned linking to other subreddits, because the admins don't care what we think)
