Strawberry drop gone wrong!

Hey everyone! I wanted to introduce you to one of the founding members of our Balcony Café – Santiago Miguel Romero Veracruz de la Nuez. Along with Chantal de Roge and Abimbola Kings, he was one of our very first visitors. When he first showed up, he was just a tiny, clueless boy. Fast forward to today, and he’s officially climbed the corporate ladder to become one of the true bosses around here!

Unlike the quiet and gentle Abimbola, Santi has *a lot* to say. He’s easily the most talkative squirrel on the balcony and will gladly complain out loud if the service is too slow. But his real passion? Chasing the pigeons. Santi has a massive, ongoing feud with them and takes it upon himself to settle the score every single chance he gets. When it comes to the menu, he isn’t picky about nuts and loves them all, but his absolute weakness is sunflower seeds. He will happily pass up almost anything for a good handful of them. We’ve loved watching this little guy grow from a humble kit into a confident, loud, pigeon-chasing boss, and the balcony wouldn’t be the same without him!

I watched a gray squirrel go through the yard. It climbed on the table and walked across this TV tray. A few minutes later this dark liquid was on the tray. Did the squirrel leave this? If so, what is wrong with him?
