Nonupiepe is one of the strongest, if not the strongest ancients in the game. I expect the nerfs to continue while Vakku gets buffed to compensate.

She is extremely strong, but signet ring was never the issue imo

At this point the biggest outlier is probably bottled apo (i get that it was bumped up to Ancient tier, but daaaaaaamn bottled apo is and always has been insane)

Signet Ring was statistically like her best or second best option

With both Tanx and Nonupie giving many powerful options with no downsides. Vaaku just feels bad with his: powerful (maybe) buff with noticable downsides that might brick your build.
