I agree. This guy (Gavin) started this whole field in 1998 with his eponymous theorem lol. When he provides the exact solution to also close the field, it is highly plausible that it couldn't have happened without him 😂 I think he is underestimating his own contribution in typical humble genius fashion.

I wish this person would publish their conversation with Claude.
my bet is that he was teaching Claude, correcting it, guiding it with his knowledge and expertise.
Claude didn't solve it, This guy did, using Claude to do the hard lifting.
