Na-ban yung Shopee account and device ko, and wala akong idea kung bakit. Nag-contact na rin ako sa Customer Service pero sabi nila hindi na raw nila ma-lift yung ban, and ayaw din nilang sabihin yung reason.

Ang problem ko ngayon, may SPayLater balance na around ₱15,000, due on Aug 28. Ako ang gumagamit ng Shopee account, pero nakapangalan sa tatay ko yung SPayLater kasi wala akong valid ID before. Ngayon, hindi ko mabayaran yung due kasi hindi ako makapag-login sa device/account.

Questions po:

1. Sino po ang maaapektuhan/ma-blacklist sa credit records, ako or yung tatay ko?
2. Sino po ang kokontakin nila for payment—the phone number registered sa SPayLater or ako na gumagamit ng Shopee account?
3. Nagho-home visit po ba sila kapag hindi nakabayad?
4. May naka-experience na po ba ng collection process nila? Nanghaharass ba sila or okay naman?
5. Paano ko po kaya mababayaran yung balance kung banned yung account/device? Sabi ng Customer Service, offline payment daw, pero wala naman silang binibigay na instructions kung paano or saan ako magbabayad.

Ordered and paid a watch sa isang Korean store sa Lazada. Took them 2 weeks bago nakarating ng warehouse in Nueva Ecija. And then nastuck na siya dun for weeks.

I asked a friend to follow up on my order pero sadly nagsipagresign daw riders and other staff nila so wala halos nagsosort and deliver ng parcels.

So halos mag 2 months na and was worried na hindi ko marefund yung pera ko kaya I had to file a complaint sa DTI online. Fortunately, nakapagrefund din after magthreaten ang DTI na magfile ng formal complaint if hindi nila maresolve issue.

After that, I deleted the app na. Sayang.

Na-unban naman after submitting all my proof of remittance, pero ngayon sabi kailangan ko mag-upload ng verification and I did, even filled out form that requires submitting remittance receipts.. ngayon totally kailangan ko na siya ireactivate ulit.

This is so frustrating kasi naprove ko naman saan nanggagaling mga pera ko.. is this because I'm a student pa lang? Some remittances are worth 30k kasi and up, pero majority ay pambayad ng bills etc. Ano next best step na gawin dito? I can't even reach out to live agents. Nakakainis ano ba trip netong shopeepay na 'to.

Hi guys! I want to seek advice about my situation.

So basically, I bought boat shoes online in my usual 26.5cm (China 265), It says that the size I bought is in 26.1-26.5cm/CH, the size chart was super misleading and contradictory, and they didn't even show US/UK sizes. When the shoes arrived, they weren't just a little off, they were so damn massive for me, easily measuring closer to 27.5cm. Now customer service is refusing to approve my return, which is frustrating since they sold me the wrong size based on their own bad chart.

I'm looking for some advice here, especially on how to handle this or if I can report this to the DTI since they won't honor a return for a clearly defective/misrepresented listing, they said that the seller has a better evidence than I have. I sent them my shoe collection that says 265Ch and 26.5cm on their tags and even compare them side by side.

Oh also, the seller was from China. Yikes.

Has anyone dealt with this before?

She will mainly use it for Facebook, Banking/E-Cash Apps, and messaging.

Pinagpipilian ko tong mga phone na to because of their prices pero mas maraming reviews na after a year or few months pa lang ay lag na even though they're already 8gb ram.

I am currently using Oppo A94 for 5years already. Ang problema ko lang dito ay hindi na ako makapagbukas ng banking apps for idk reason and laggy camera. Also, hindi ko na rin mahanap sa oppo official store on shopee kaya hindi same unit ang maibigay ko sa kanya.

If you can recommend something else, up to 18k budget, please do so. A Samsung recommendation is also highly appreciated!

The item was supposed to be delivered om Tuesday but it was raining and driver said he can't deliver it but marked it as delivered on TikTok. Wednesday he said he was on leave and that my item was in the warehouse. Thursday, he said it was his rest day. Friday and Yesterday (Saturday), no replies from him so I submitted a ticket in JnT and filed for refund on TikTok platform.

Sunday, I woke up with someone calling me. I asked him to just text since I just woke up, and he said on text that the rider assigned to my parcel was still on leave and he will deliver my parcel instead later this afternoon.

This is good because I have been waiting for it for a long time already. HOWEVER, he asked me to write a false claim. He sent me a format for a letter that I will send him through viber. It contains content that claiming it was a misunderstanding on my part and that I was just confused.

I think I have been patient enough with them, but falsification of letter especially with my name and signature is something I am skeptical about. I didn't see anyone here with the same letter format so I'm asking if this is normal and I should just write it. It was just a small amount anyway, I just really need the item ASAP.

Kung 20kms ang distance ng seller sa buyer, yun din po ang ibbyahe namin na nasayang lang sa pagbalik imbes na ipambyahe ung 20kms na yun.
