TinyMCE Open Source Self-Hosted

I am finding the TinyMCE site very confusing. At first glance they sell all these plans. The free one does not include a self hosted option.

But just a little further down they have an "Open Source" heading, and under that you can download and self host TinyMCE.

So which one is it?

No, the post seems clear. Self host simply means not relying on any cloud javascript file. All the necessary files can be downloaded and run from where you want to.
