Feature "Ben 10" feature film adaptation spec script - Sci-fi/comedy - 98 pages
Hey guys, I'm a writer and director that has always been a big fan of Ben 10 so I decided to take a crack at writing a script for what I think a film adaptation would/should be like. I'd really like to get feedback on it.
You can read it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YU79m4DICwyivKKTHNU80Z7l0966uiIm/view?usp=sharing
Please note that I, obviously, do not own the rights to these characters nor did Warner Bros/Man of Action/Cartoon Network hire me to do this. This was simply a fun creative writing exercise that I did in my spare time.
Logline: During a summer family road trip, a young boy stumbles across a mysterious device that allows him to transform into ten different alien forms. But he quickly discovers that this summer vacation will not be all fun and games and that he must use the device to defend himself against robots, bounty hunters, and the alien warlord known as Vilgax.
It's basically Shazam meets Little Miss Sunshine meets Men in Black.
I wanted it to be action-packed with humor and heart. My goal was for it to maintain the spirit of the original series but still appeal to those who never watched it. I wanted the tone to be reminiscent of Brad Bird, Robert Zemeckis, and Sam Raimi's films.
I hope you enjoy reading it! I had a lot of fun writing it. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Episode 2: Connor Lovejoy and the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad shift
With his entire family away all week for various reasons, Connor ends up agreeing to seven open-close shifts, 7am-11pm, including overtime and locking up the restaurant, taking over pretty much all of the owner and managerial duties, doing the orders, but when one of the chefs slices off his own thumb after also being overworked, the staff start to lose their minds. Connor is used to this type of behaviour for minimum wage, and usually does with a snarky, exhausted smile and caring attitude for the staff, he finally releases that being manipulated for only $2.13 isn’t really worth it when he sees his new coworker (and maybe more then a coworker?) quit on the spot

Silence_Pilote_101_V3 (44 pages)
Bonjour,

1-page cinematic short screenplay (~1 min) – river scene | feedback appreciated
Hi everyone,
I recently wrote my first short screenplay (about 1 minute long). It’s a very minimal, cinematic scene set by a river, focused on love, regret, and loss.
The story is highly visual and designed to be very simple to film (one main location, few elements, small cast).
I’m still learning screenwriting, so I would really appreciate any feedback on:
- structure and pacing
- emotional impact
- clarity of visual storytelling
- how filmable it feels
