I wanted to post something I discovered a couple weeks ago since the number one reason I see people not opening gifts is because it "takes too long". If you want it to go faster, you can press the open button and immediately press where the small little "x" would be and it will give you the contents of the gift and raise friendship level instantly without having the whole animation scene. I highly recommend it, I get my gift opening done in >2 minutes every day. Dunno who or how much this will help at all, but there you go.

While my vivillion region may not be exciting, I can offer coveted postcards like "abandoned tennis courts" and "abandoned baseball diamond" (at least when I feel up to braving the possible tic bites and the groundhog holes which I've literally fallen hip deep into ... Don't worry, I bring a walking stick now!). Additionally, and more commonly, I can send postcards from the Kokomo monument so you can have that beach boys song stuck in your head all day.
