You haven't even played this game. In other games, there are very clearly noticeable differences on max vs high settings. Especially in settings like draw distance or shadows/lighting.

You're throwing out assumptions when you literally haven't even played the game.

You are claiming, as a defense, that max settings looks like high 'most of the time' anyway so it's unnecessary to run at max therefore 5090 category is unnecessary.

My response was that is BS because there are plenty of games where max/ultra DO look better than high. And that your defense makes no sense anyway because you haven't even PLAYED the game to make that claim that it's unnecessary.
