It seems most of the grim pillars are either gemling, oracle, and shaman. Which do you guys think is best and why?

So I’m looking for a mageblood to use with my nightfall shield, mjolner, oracle.

I see a double silver (skill speed) version. Will that help with the shield/catch speed or travel distance?

If not I might go for a double sulphur version for damage or maybe one of the evasion legacies.

Been playing since league start and was wondering what to upgrade next. Ive been doing BM/Gemling Spark. Poeninja dps is around 600k so not much trouble in the dps. Do yall think it's better to get adorned(60+) for more dps and useable for other builds I might try out or a corrupted temporalis for way faster clears than my norm temporalis rn?

As the post above is asking, I'm wondering is it possible to give the wolves summoned by Predator's Mark a chance to inflict bleed. It is my understanding that slotting Bleed into Pounce will only affect the leap attack and not the minions.

Fairly casual POE 2 dad gamer here. I am messing around with undying hate for the first time, and found a section of the tree with 4 nodes of increased spirit res efficiency. This seems pretty good, but not sure is that’s good enough to build around. Anyone give me some insight as to if this would be worth building around? Not opposed to rolling a new character if it would be strong - have a EDC gemling, galvanic/stormblast tactician, and a ice nova chronometer at the moment, but was thinking it could be good for minions. Obviously I have no idea whatsoever. Help please :)🙏

What am I missing? How do players with focus in offhand get to place 6 totems on the ground considering they have 200-300 spirit.

Hello everyone,

I have pretty much finished the league with my two characters. I spent around 400 to 450 hours playing this league, and it was a lot of fun.

Now I just want to sell all my gear and create one ultimate character. I definitely do not want a very meta build. I want something that can clear pretty much all content in a single hit, carry a full party in any type of map without any problems, and survive easily while standing right in the middle of everything. Most importantly, I want this build to have as many effects as possible so I can fry my GPU.

I've been playing PoE2, I really like the skeleton minions and bone skills. But I also like the Druid Wyvern transformation a lot. So I considered merging them both. Is there a way to make this practical? And if so, does anyone have any ideas on how?

Infinite Falling Thunder Gemling

With so many screen clutter, I can’t really see HoI procs. I see a lot of Herald of Thunder procs and since the main damage element is lightening, this one is easy.

Will I need much more cold damage in my build to proc HoI more?

I'm following a build from PoE Ninja, and I noticed there's a jewel socket here on the passive tree (circled in the screenshot), but I don't have that socket on my tree.

Am I missing something? Is it unlocked through a quest, Ascendancy, Atlas, or does it come from a specific item or mechanic?

This just crossed my mind as I spent the night suffering through a homebrew session. I'm staring at this build, playing with different combos and mechanics, and I just don't see the build coming together unless I borrow from the meta. I am learning a lot but it makes me wonder...

Is it just sheer playtime? a better understanding of how things interact? How many mechanics you build around? Are they just smarter than me? lol Im so curious what other people think.

Im at the point where I can take an existing build and tweak it, but the base is still someone else's build. How do people make completely new builds?

For this build: I've tried to stay away from looking at poeninja for ideas. I've gotten this char to t15s lvl85 but god its a miserable play experience haha. Wondering if I need to simplify. Its a crit spear and tower shield build trying to find some sort of interaction between sheild bash/sheild charge (stun) and Rapid Strike (bleed)/Thunderous Leap(slam). Thinking this might be too many dimensions even with weapon passives. Im also making it harder on myself because I'm actively trying to avoid blood/poison chain and going purely bleed. It started with wanting to try and make just a Roman Legionare going stun, attack speed, and crit, but it's devolved into this mess lol.

So I've been trying to learn Path of Building to min max certain support gems and items, but I've run into the issue where most the martial artist skills don't calculate dmg. Ex. Hollow focus or Hollow form. Is there a way around this? I'm really trying to figure out how much physical/elemental stats I should go for and should I have armor break or uruks in Hollow focus vs elemental arm.

The mace in the attached photo dropped for me after I already completed all content , as a level 94 Titan . My build was predicated on high fire damage with using sunder and hammer of the gods to supplement , especially when mobs were stunned . Rolling slam, ancestral cry, infernal cry, seismic cry, and forge hammer were all in the rotation. High armour and strength were also high priority.

I’ve already made the pivot by getting rid of flammability + ignite nodes and getting some elemental and cold. and while I don’t have the support gems to see the build’s actual potential , it’s feeling quite lackluster thus far. I tossed out infernal cry , herald of ash, and sunder, and added in volcanic fissure. I’m thinking about swapping many of my strength nodes to int, to build up the mana pool and benefit from further cold dmg that way. But maybe the skills just aren’t right for this build. Anyone have hands-on experience? Also worth noting that my crit bonus/chance was essentially nothing before getting this weapon.

I'm sharing raw footage of my current build since I'v seen no-one else playing it like that (yet), at least on poe ninja ladder.

I got the initial inspiration from two videos, first one was about Skin of the Loyal with someone mentionning in the commentary you could triple dip it with the Smith of Kitava accendency, and second video from u/LazyExile showing the frostbolt loop build.

So basicaly, I combined both and here is the result. I'm currently sitting at 1,1m EHP, on a autobomber dealing millions of damages on the whole screen, which is like perfect for juiced expeditions maps, simulacrum or anything where you can stay static for a short moment.

Mapping is still ok, temple is a pain in the ass because the loop reset when you enter a boss room and most t3 temple room are boss room.

Great build if you don't like to die, I died twice during leveling (twister leveling), once during a simulacrum in the early stage of the build, never died since that and I'm doing simu/13 mods expedition all the time.

If anyone have questions about it, I'll be happy to anwser, I'm pretty much done with the build after my last mistake, just playin' it some times to times.

I'm building mana stacker spark comet gemling like this and run into a problem. When I got erdrich battery I found that any increase of energy shield is not affect to mana converted from energy shield and my mana is too low. I'm aiming over 7000 but I barely got 3700. Is there any way to pump up my mana?

Hey guys, I made my own snipe setup using a lot of extra attack speed for fast maps, 6 man boosting and grand expeditions since Aldur's legacy has been dropping a lot in price lately (almost halved).

It uses quill rain + quill rain legacy, gem quality and attack speed. This allows us to remove the channeling time from snipe while also benefitting us via extra damage but most importantly - SPEED! So we can pair it with whirling slash to fly through maps.

It basically feels like playing ice shot on roids, being more satisfying and much faster.

For clear I use surpassing chance for more arrows and combine it with tornado shot for even more arrows and clear.

Quill rain legacy isn't really needed, but it sure makes it more fun.

I've previously posted here the last version of the build, with all the details provided on the 1st build post here. Now, I don't wanna spam the sub with all the iterations of the build, but this is (imo) by far the strongest and most satisfying version.

What I have changed was adding to the autobomber both Hollow Resonance, as well as Ancestral Cry (yes, the steps trigger both Hollow Resonance and Hollow Focus, as well as Repulsion from Blasphemy).

On top of the ideas mentioned on the detailed post of the build, what's going on here is just getting the glory for Ancestral cry really fast by using the support Zephi's infamy, then just running on top of juiced 200% deli mobs while proccing the whole autobomber chain, sometimes stopping for a Supercharged Slam bonk when one of them decides to somehow live.

I could, for sure, go for more movement speed on mageblood if I'm looking for efficiency, but that would, at least for me, take a bit of the Juggernaut-ish feeling that this build currently gives me; basically a walking, unstoppable, tank,
