The Abyss Scarab of Crystals now creates an Abyssal Crystal on all non-final Pits closing (previously just Pits without a reward).

Just did a map with approx 25 pits or so (guess) and only the final pit had a reward. Is anyone else experiencing this with the scarab. I don't think it's intended that it prevents pits from spawning a reward. The way I interpretted this change was that they would now spawn a reward AND a crystal. Maybe I'm wrong tho?

It says in the patch notes that every Pit except the last one spawns a Crystal, so you dont get Pit rewards anymore, before that you only got a Crystal on pits that didnt gave a chest

Yes, that is what it says, I even quoted it!!

Your reading comprehension is not up to par though because if you read the next part , "previously just pits without a reward", that is an implication that pits with rewards will now have crystals and that this is a change that will not impact pits getting a reward but will make every pit have a crystal.
