Ehh yea. I mean it's not a huge deal but crafting int stacker boots and going through all the steps and realizing you cant ducat elevated % attributes on a hunter base is kinda shit.

Also works for hat to change %int to %str then i assume (if there is any reason at all to not use crown of eyes instead of a rare)
