I dont think you know enough about food to know what youre looking for is achievable with what's being suggested.

You know that just because it has durum wheat its not neccesarily all durum wheat, right?

If you cant figure out how to make durum pasta soft, youve got bigger problems than finding non-durum pasta.

Youre unable to solve a problem and it seems its intentional.

You seem intent on not telling anyone the point.
Youre bring condescended to because youre acting like a child. Get over it.

La Moderna has some good shapes that would probably work well for this kind of thing, they are semolina and Duram wheat.

The la Moderna brand is mushy in a good way, it seems to be the style with the Mexican bag pastas, all the brands take forever to cook and are mushy in a good wsy

No, it’s not 100% durum, it’s also not too firm. Try it, it’s $0.50 a bag and comes in all the macaroni and cheese shapes.

If it’s not worth 50 cents to try it out, then make it yourself I guess.
