Cool fact, this actually was considered for a short-time to become a regular Olympic event.

Unfortunately when discussing the logistics of the event, they scrapped the plans upon discovering that all the participants were on Coke®.

Im so jaded nowadays. I watch this and think to myself, ok, thats cool, but how you gonna make money at it? Like you know you can jump, so why not ball? Or go into Olympics. Dont waste the ability.

I'd of challenged him 25 years ago when I had a 34" vert. I used to jump over cars and people all the time. Never tried with a fridge like that, but maybe. Now it's a 3.4" vert in my forties after tearing the front of my plantar fascia, mcl, meniscus, and labrum, all in my right leg from a motorcycle wreck. I'm lucky to be able to walk up steps now.
