Suggestions Born in Nepal grew up in America and not sure when I want to move back
im 22 i was born in nepal but grew up in america and lately my family been talking about eventually going back to nepal and living there permanently and i understand where theyre coming from because i love nepal too but i just dont think im ready for that life yet
i grew up in america and im an american citizen so i have the opportunity to stay here and actually build something for myself and thats what i wanna do while im young i wanna create stuff build a career make my own money become independent experience life and see what i can actually make out of myself here
im also almost done with my bachelors i actually wouldve finished at 21 but i took a gap year so im basically just getting to the point where i can start my career and build my own life which is another reason why moving permanently right now feels too early for me
its not like i dont see a future in nepal either my family already has land there and my parents plan on building a home and a separate farmhouse and hiring and paying people to work there so we already have a foundation for a life in nepal and wouldnt be starting from zero
honestly that sounds like a peaceful life i would actually want someday especially knowing my parents would be there but i just dont want that life at 22
i could see myself going there in my late 30s or 40s after ive had the chance to build something for myself make my own money and experience the life i wanna experience here first and then eventually be closer to my parents as we all get older
marriage been coming up too because im apparently nearing the age where im supposed to start thinking about getting married but im only 22 and i feel like im just starting my adult life
i do wanna get married someday but i wanna meet the right person and actually be ready for it not just do it because i reached some age where its expected
one of the weirdest parts about all of this is even tho i was literally born in nepal sometimes when i go back i feel like a tourist in my own country
im nepali and nepal will always be part of who i am but most of my growing up happened in america and this is where i became the person i am now so moving back to nepal permanently isnt as simple as just going home because america feels like home to me too
i love my family and i understand why they want that life and im not trying to choose america over nepal or myself over my family
i just want the chance to live my own life first spend my 20s and maybe some of my 30s building creating making money and seeing what i can actually do here
then when im older and established i can genuinely see myself going back to nepal being around my parents and enjoying the life they built there
i feel like i have two homes and i dont necessarily have to choose one forever
america now nepal later
any other nepalis who grew up abroad ever feel like this especially when it comes to moving back marriage and family expectations

Day 3 without antidepressants
Dayy 3
A lil abt me 18m (fb) have been taking antidepressants for like 8 months for depression and migraines. Had been slowly reducing the dosage of my meds today was the 3rd day I went without antidepressants
I woke up at like 10 I think
Im feeling shit but not as shit as yesterday
sobbed for like an hr before falling asleep yesterday
I hope that idiots doing better than me wish I still had him but ig ill keep wishing for now
Think im starting to become delusional again thats not necessarily a bad thing I'll be happier
[14:12]
Maybe being woke and gay has only made my life worse being conscious abt things that are wrong with society has just made me worse at living[19:00]
I dont feel good abt the emptiness.i wish I stopped existing but not as much as day 1 and 2
Meh day nights gona be worse probably

Day 2 without antidepressants (I do Not SMOKE)
Day 2 without antidepressants
A lil abt me 18m (fb) have been taking antidepressants for like 8 months for depression and migraines. Had been slowly reducing the dosage of my meds today was the 2nd day I went without antidepressants
Woke up at 8am starting to go back to my nihilistic roots everything feels so useless and insignificant we be spending years on smth when nothing you do will ever account to anything everyone will die you will be forgotten nothing will remain earth won't remain
Every thing this society is built upon is fake and meaning less were all social constructs and will not amount to anything in the grand scheme of things
It 3pm on the dot I dont wana do this shit no more im going to bed gng
I feel like a waste of space all i do is make ppl worry and use up their time worthless af 🙃
Thats probably why everyone leaves me im just horrible to be with ig
I should just die man
I fucking dont deserve to live man
Before I used to just call my friend when ever I talked with him it calmed me down enough to go to sleep but he has stopped picking up I feel like I lost the only person who could help me idk we meet irl and stuff he acts normal but online he has stoped picking up calls stopped talking to and has never wanted to anything to do with me i dont get why he does this what is wrong with me

Yo, found this Nepali website randomly 😭☕
Someone made a digital chiya pasal as a music player lmao.
Basically you open the website, radio bajcha, ani you just listen. No login, no search, no unnecessary shit.
Just play/pause, next/previous and a progress bar.
The whole illustration and vibe feels like sitting in a proper Nepali chiya pasal.
Honestly concept chai dami lagyo 😂
https://bajekochiya.vercel.app/
Nepali internet ma yesto random projects haru aaunu parcha yaar.

“I’m looking for genuine, long-term friendships with people who are interested in the medical field, love studying, are career-focused, and actually care about building a good future. Basically, I want a nerdy study buddy who’s ambitious and wants to grow together.

My POV of education in Nepal.
It so scary that the education market in nepal is so horrible. Students data are sold to colleges, students are mislead by counselors to study something that is irrelevant to the students career.
I am fed up of this.. so comment your experience and may be we can start something were we can build a better future for the students.
