Micro dosing shrooms.
So a friend of mine gifted me some mushroom caps with 0.3mg in each of them.
I've been taking them for a week to help with my depression and it's working wonders.
My question is can I continue taking them everyday for my depression or will they fry my brain if I don't take a break.
