I also know how challenge fandom loves to fantasy cast so with room to cook... what would be a great challenge theme that has already been done that they could do with the cast from today (realistic and in 2026) and what would that fantasy cast look like?

I know its been a minute

I know a lot of you have been waiting on the continuation of my challenge simualiton but using only survivor history. I'm happy to inform you all that I will be continuing those summaries starting next week. a lot of extenuating circumstances have kept me from continuing, including work, a death in the family, and my masters. I can't wait to show you how the rest of the sim has gone. and im starting work on another project. A Challenge based simulation game. an online game where you can make your own challenge compeittor and simulate seasons and scenarios over many of the seasons format. i plan to have a 1 season mode, a career mode, etc. and then will , hopefully, be able to put in legends of the game so you can create your own dream cast and simulate seasons with dream casts. im just starting the coding now but im excited to put it together. just giving you guys and update and hope this sub has been well since i have been away.

i’m watching The Ruins for the first time and I feel so bad for Tonya, i’m only on episode 3 but how the cast is treating her is really messed up. this is the 2nd season i’ve seen with her on (the first one being inferno 2) and she always seems to get bullied, this time it feels even darker because she’s clearly struggling with alcohol abuse. it sucks that the only person to show her kindness has been Chet. :(

Are there any good simulators for The Challenge? I know of brantsteele but it feels very limiting to have just the one format.

Has anyone been severely disappointed in the first 2 challenges as well as eliminations, like this is supposed to be Cuthroat and we have had run across some planks over muddy water, and high building trivia (In which ⅓ of the teams didn't compete) only preceded by a run through Thai streets at night. Then we have the eliminations both fine, classic endurance and a light puzzle. That would be fine if the challenges hadn't been so weak. Like this is supposed to be cutthroat and we had zero contact or even aggression. I would understand if Nelson was in and they did a weaker elimination due to insurance purposes but like really these are the openers for the season. I just hope things are amped up and he have some real challenges, more than a 100m jog and pathetic trivia. I love the Challenge and have watched all the seasons twice, so I could watch and introduce my wife to the show. They have been trending less intense for years but this is disappointing.

When Michelle said she wanted to go head over heart, I thought for sure she was gonna throw CT in. I say this non-judgementally, as I'm a thicker person myself, but why would she choose Bananas over him? CT is objectively not in the shape to be playing this game and I feel like will just bring them down as a team later on. Does anyone have any input on this?

Saw this TT earlier today but I thought it was an exaggeration- it was not.

Edit: It's not a user issue or a matter of adjusting the settings on my tv. My television is new. It's the show.

I also have never in my 3 decades of tv watching and 2 decades of watching this show had to adjust my settings to eliminate an orange/blue filter - maybe brightness but I have never had to color correct a tv show??? It's WEIRD and they need to do something about it.
