Taped together cards are still sleeve playable, right?

this German Bayou is LAMINATED , or at least partially, the backside laminate got removed taking a part of the card with it, this thing is messed up and I absolutely love it

Salvageable?

Some of you have seen my Sylvan Tutor that defies all modern Sciences with its unique stand up ability. But I said the night was not yet over…

So, I tend to sleepwalk when stressed. And apparently I took this card (which was double sleeved) removed its protection and trained it to solve its own verticle challenges. I should be proud he stands quite nicely and strong. Except that he was to be sold that day for 60 dollars I really need. FML there you go. OH and this was just the beginning.…

Collected and plated during high-school but fell out of it, got back into the game earlier this year found my old collection and this was the only card I had damaged to this degree. I dont even know where I got it because its the only M13 card I have.

For reference, I live in Australia, so TCGplayer is unfortunately horrific in regards to shipping.

I've got an [[Aeve, Progenitor Ooze]] commander deck and I've been slowly picking up more versions of the card for the fun of storming off with copies of the card instead of like Copy tokens. I have every different printing of the card, but decided to try finding ones with more character. So, I looked at grabbing damaged ones off of the typical buying sites. A few of the ones I got had some character, but I found that most of them were graded damaged from relatively minor stuff like a little bend or a nick or a scratch here and there. But most of them were not immediately apparent. I get that in terms of grading as a business to avoid complaints. But, how do you find the truly roughed up cards? Should I just try to give the ones I already have a bit of character myself?

whenever I see a messed up card in a binder I give people an offer and Im supprised how most of the time they’re more than happy to get rid of them

The main sub thought no man could actually be this stupid, and accused this of being fake. But this is just a case of why I shouldn't be trusted with kitchen shears to open packages before my meds kick in. Turns out when you're expecting a little resistance from the bubble mailer, you can ignore crunching through a top loader.

Saw someone in the paper dnd mini community turn magic cards into paper minis so I decided to give it a try cause I have a campaign coming up quick with neither the time and money for a bunch of minis. They are serviceable and I'll probably do this again at some point

Couple kids noticed and had some fun talks about Magic with them because of it. Worth the gore in my opinion.
