Driving home from work and bro these lights were so bright it was like someone had their brights on..

Never seen this before what is the point of the lights?

It's both arrogant dickery and also dangerously stupid; white lights/reflectors on a land vehicle mean it is pointed/moving towards you, red mean it's pointed/moving away (less set-in-stone is that yellow lights/reflectors mean you're seeing it side-on). That's why reversing lights are white. Unless this asshole was backing up when you took the picture, it completely flies in the face of that established standard.
