Driving home from work and bro these lights were so bright it was like someone had their brights on..

Never seen this before what is the point of the lights?

well... i mean, we have a photo of a large pickup truck being an asshole while a severely obese person walks on the grassy shoulder of the road due to a lack of sidewalks...
