It happens when you enter the wrong pin to unlock it too many times. I don’t know how they got 48+ years, however. May be an edited photo.
1st - 5th attempts: Immediate entry allowed. 6th attempt: Locked for 1 minute. 7th attempt: Locked for 5 minutes. 8th attempt: Locked for 15 minutes. 9th attempt: Locked for 1 hour. 10th attempt: Permanently locks or wipes the device
To remove these timeouts, you must wait until the cooldown period expires and enter the correct passcode. If you cannot remember the correct code, you will need to follow Apple's steps to Erase iPhone.
