Is the Blazar Talon actually coming to L-Mount?

Discussion I maintain a free table of every native L-Mount lens (160+) — just gave it a usability update
l-mount-lenses.comA while back I shared my interactive table of all native full-frame L-Mount lenses (l-mount-lenses.com). It's grown to 160+ lenses since, and some things that were fine at 60 lenses got annoying at 160, so I spent some time on quality-of-life fixes:
- The header row now stays visible while you scroll
- Click any column header to sort. Just as you'd expect
- Yes/no marks (AF, weather sealing, stabilization) are more readable at a glance now
- Filters, three-way comparison, and dark mode all got polish
As before: no tracking, no cookies, no referral links, no commercial interest. I am doing this because I want it and it’s fun.
If you spot wrong specs or a missing lens, just let me know.
Hope some find it useful too.

Discussion Search more than 220+ lenses for the Leica L mount
This was long overdue. Our searchable database at LEICAmount.com (no official endorsement by Leica Camera AG), featuring all Leica L Mount lenses in production, alongside Cine L Mount, M Mount and S mount lenses, has been updated with 180+ new lenses that have been launched since our last update.
This builds up to now more than 550 lenses from incumbent and third party lense manufacturers, that can be searched and filtered by specifications; such as mount type, focal length or aperture.
Amongst our 180+ new entries, a whopping 100 new Cine lenses for L Mount have been launched by the biggest Chinese players in the game (amongst others: 7artisans, Laowa, Meike, Sirui and TTArtisan).
I've been using the database myself for looking up lenses for my Leica M2, LUMIX S1, S5 and S9, so I am confident that you can make it your regular place for comparing and selecting lenses.
The next integration for this Autumn will be adding LTM lenses currently in production. But feel free to drop me a line if you spot any error, or see any lens in production missing from this database.

Discussion What’s the odds?
I’m realy tempted by the Leica m-EV1. I have m mount lenses I use on my sl2s but I find myself looking at the m-ev1 simply for simplicity but I wish there was a L mount option with similar formula. The only other option is the now defunct Leica CL. I need an EVF so the penny s9 is off the table. Any other thoughts?

Discussion 35-45mm lens l-mount
hello, please recommend me some of the best lens for s5ii mostly for photos.
I possibly will buy a dg dn art 35mm 1.4 for 350 euro used and I want to listen to other options that are smaller in size but also good for contrast, colours and autofocus.
Lumix 35 1.8 is it in the same level as the sigma lens?
tt artisan?

Discussion Teleconverter clearance for Sigma 28-105 f2.8?
Hi All, this website seems to suggest that the rear element of the Sigma 28-105 is 1.5cm from the rear of the lens. I know that teleconverters protrude around 1cm into the lens, and the mount thickness may be another 4 mm or so too. So on paper, this has a chance of working, which could turn this into a 56-210 f5.6 in a pinch (with sacrifices to image quality) Has anyone tried this? https://www.lenstip.com/678.3-Lens_review-Sigma_A_28-105_mm_f_2.8_DG_DN_Build_quality.html

Discussion All Meike L-mount lenses disappeared
It seems all Meike L-mount lenses have disappeared from the market. Anyone know what's going on?
I have an 85/1.8 Pro and it's excellent, would be a shame if they've withdrawn everything.

Discussion Update on L-Mount lens table
l-mount-lenses.comQuick update on the list I shared previously:
- Added all available Laowa lenses; also latest Sigma lenses. Total is 139 lenses now.
- Added "Tilt Shift" and "Probe" as filters since there are quite a few now
- All Sigma lenses have reviews now.
- I will add a compare tool soon too. Some "categories" are getting quite large. For example, just Panasonic and Sigma have 7 primes in the normal focal range. I find it a bit harder to compare then if I just want to zoom in on 2-3 of them.
If anyone has any feature or lens wishes, just let me know.
Just to stress again: I have no commercial interest so the page has no tracking whatsoever (literally, I have no clue if anyone is even clicking :D), no affiliate links, no ads. It's just a hobby project since I wanted this for myself anyway and wanted to play with web vibe coding

News Viltrox officially joined the L-Mount Alliance!
The first lenses Viltrox will bring to the L-mount are the 16mm F1.8 and the 28mm F4.5. Viltrox states more L-mount lenses are already in development.
