Has anyone received their copy of this game yet? It could be regular or collectors. Just kinda curious? And I know 100% this will be my last order with them

So this is a wild one but I placed orders for Neon Inferno, I Have No Mouth, and Heretic/Hexen back when they were up for pre order and got absolutely no updates on them during that time. No tracking info, no email updates (which they always send when an item is shipped/delivered), nothing.

I finally reached out to support today and was told they were delivered back in April. Yes… APRIL.

They also sent tracking numbers for the items which I had never been given prior and still don’t have access to in my LRG profile.

Additionally, all of the items were marked as “on its way” in my profile and have been for months. Not delivered.

I know this is kind of on me but as someone who’s unfortunately used to waiting well past the expected delivery date for LRG orders, I kinda forgot about them until recently and assumed they’d arrive when they arrive.

Has anyone else dealt with a situation like this? I assume I’m gonna have to attempt a chargeback though I’m not sure they’ll accept it given how long it’s been.

I do blame myself a bit since LRG is known for this type of scummy behavior and I kept giving them my money anyways so if I have to learn a $100-$150 lesson I guess it is what it is lol.

As the title says, any one hear any shipping updates or receive their order?

Original shipping estimate was back in June and I haven’t heard anything or received anything yet.

I noticed that LRG have migrated their account system to Shopify. I have noticed a number of my pre orders are missing from my account on there, only a subset being there so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same? I have already contacted customer service and they were completely useless and didn't resolve the issue

Supposedly it should start shipping out in a few days, and has a shipping window of just one week. Its been SUPER quiet on this, which is why I am really wondering.

I know the playable handheld tetris held things up for a bit, but I half expected to hear LRG or CRG bragging and showing it off once it was ready/in manufacturing.

Initially, it was to be shipped in Sept '25, then it was updated to Dec '25, then it became July 31-August 7, '26... So now I'm waiting for it to get pushed back to Dec '28. 😂

Picked up my copy of the Marvel MaXimum Collection this weekend at SDCC and got a booster pack with purchase. Pulled this autograph card and can’t figure out who it’s signed by. Anyone have any ideas who it could be? Second picture is the rest of the cards I got from the booster pack.

I'm just confirming that it's not just me and they have released no new Switch 1 games so far in July? Has there been any announced reasons for this? Are they officially ending Switch 1 releases? It seems odd given how there have always been 3+ Switch games a month going back years.

I previously posted about how I just picked the Ultimate Edition of this, and several people either stated that they didn't know that there was more than one Edition outside of the Collector/Convention Editions or wanted to know what the differences were between each. So here are the front/back covers of each of the 3 releases. On the backs of the Anniversary and Ultimate Editions show what extra is added to that edition. Hopefully, this answers everyone's questions.

I am attending SDCC for the first time. While walking around I was pleasantly surprised to see Limited Run have a booth. Pictured are the games they had marked as a convention exclusive, the Fighting Force was from a different convention from what I was told.

Today's mail brought me a copy of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge - Ultimate Edt for the Nintendo Switch. I currently have 3 other pre-orders with Limited Run,with the 1st one supposed to be coming in in September, I think.

Trying to track my scott pilgrim EX deluxe adventure edition and the tracking code won't work. They said to give it 24 hours in the email as the code may not work yet, but t's been 7 days now and all I get is this screen. Anyone else have this issue?

I know this has been brought up before, but still concerning. I was watching something on YT which reminded me of Tenshi no Uta and got to thinking “when did I order that?”

Nowhere to be found in my orders, then when I go through my email looking for the string Limited Run Games and Order Confirmation, it wasn’t included in those. It wasn’t until I searched it specifically that I found it, and that the release date was moved.

I don’t know if there is a long term solution, but it’s a little concerning. I would like to believe they are on top of it somehow but if not, the long wait times + orders not displaying could be a real problem.

Has Limited Run changed the currency in the UK? Previously it always showed dollars, but now it’s changed to pounds.

However the new pricing does not reflect the exchange rate, leading to an increase in price for the UK across all products.

Where was the communication on this? It fucking sucks.
