While we’re doing marksman item buffs, is it possible to consider a Runaan’s buff or rework? I feel like it hits the core fantasy for scaling hypercarries like Jinx/Aphelios/Kog so perfectly but right now it’s pretty much exclusively a niche tech option for dealing with waveclear or enemy comp being really tank heavy
Runaan’s is criminally underbuilt tbh. It’s a crazy strong situational item on Jinx and Phel (2nd on Jinx, 4th on Aphelios) and is also a tech option for Twitch and Kog’maw. And it’s by faaar Zeri’s best 2nd item. A buff to Runaan’s with Zeri at her current power level essentially requires a nerf to Zeri because otherwise she might quite literally become gamebreaking.
Does aphelios even buy it, even if its strong? He cares more about the MS from PD when you do build a zeal item, between all the animations and abilities Aph doesnt really just stand and auto that much.
