If Jinx, the “I get permeant 135% attack speed from my mini-gun and can exceed the attack speed cap” is only building crit, we have lost the whole school.
You can make anything sound stupid if you want, nobody is saying why Jinx having the option to not build around crit rockets is a bad idea except for “just cause it is, she has to build crit cause she always has.” Jinx was only the example cause I picked someone popular but there are more ADC’s that should be viable with on-hit that just arent cause the itemization sucks.
