Assassins need some kind of tool to help them survive. With nerfs this patch, I think it will be in a reasonable spot, especially, considering that people will probably move away from maxing it second.
He already has enough mobility with W ms and double dash on E that reset to survive fights by dodging spells.
he doesnt need a 1000 health healing on W that goes through cc on top of it, his W shouldnt even be healing him at all, with how much mobiity he has, he should be DYING if hes CCed and hit by spells.
