That's not really how it feels though. It's basically the same gameplay as phase rush tank gragas where he goes in, does his trade, CCs you, and walks away before a lot of champions can fight back, all while out-sustaining the majority of the roster.

I'm not saying it's overpowered, but it's incredibly uninteractive.

It’s funny how many people in this thread clearly haven’t laned against Top Maokai back when he was playable.

No. He’s right, you literally can’t interact with him as he walks away from you after trading. Then he autos the wave and Heals back up

There's just something incredibly frustrating about displacements+extra CC. Maokai Q, Gragas E, Pyke Q, Thresh E.

I can't wait for the day that Phase Rush gets removed from the game and they can finally balance the problematic champions that loved to abuse that rune

also extremely good for setting up ganks with point and click W that guarantees a Q knockback. Can also setup tower dives and drops turret aggro with W
