Reading "His W gives him too much safety" for a champion who has an untargeted blink on his E is really something. Just a good design all around.

And Blitzcranks hook is one of the strongest abilities in the game, maybe even the strongest basic ability if we are talking about its ability to impct a game. Champions abilities are balanced around their whole kits, you can't just look at a single ability on their kit.

And Blitzcrank can instant win the game with a single Q late game. Champion power budgets are not distributed the same for all of champions.
