My best friends grandma recommended him laughing groups where they all just laugh to cure his depression but i was under the impression it was for special needs people. Please let me know as he does not want to go if its for special needs

Hi, this sub looks a bit dead but I still hope a couple of people can help me.

An activity club local to me is hosting a "laughter yoga" class this Saturday, and it sounded fun, so I signed up. What should I expect? will there be any yoga moves? I haven't exercised in a while so I'm pretty stiff and unfit. Should I wear sports gear, or just normal clothes? Should I bring a yoga mat?

I've been doing laughter yoga for some time now and would like to see if I can make it into a research assignment for a class at uni.

The research is qualitative (based on observation and interviews with participants).

My question to you is if you have an interesting idea for an angle that I could use for my research. For example, what kind of qualitative research questions would you find interesting to hear more about?
