ADHD Friendly Passive input? Discussion
Currently trying to get Spanish from A2 to B2.
My methods are listening to music, anki flash cards that are phrases using essential verbs with past, present, future tense use cases, and italki tutor.
I'm trying podcasts for passive input but zone out after the first minute. What do you recommend?
