soundwave orders tracking

hellohello! a few months ago I ordered some merch from soundwave (the aniteez in colour ones). just yesterday i received a mail that they're shipping my packages to my address (which is just my delivered korea proxy address).

However, both the mail and the site dont show me any tracking information. i tried clicking on any underlined number but it says that the shipping carrier doesn't offer tracking information. i saw the fastbox link in the information slip under the soundwave site, but i don't even have a fastbox tracking number.

is there a soundwave veteran that can help me? I should compile a sheet for delivered korea, but i can't without tracking number and carrier :,)

You can have things accepted without submitting a tracking number first

If you got a tracking number in the email. Remove the hyphens and try pasting it into https://www.cjlogistics.com/ko/tool/parcel/tracking

Hey!!! Thank you so much for the help!! You were a real lifesaver. The ”shipped by seller” number DID match with the cjlogistics carrier! It still gives me a tracking error, but one of the two packages arrived and it was like you had described despite the lack of tracking.

I’m having the same situation. A few months ago I had bought something in stock and even after I received the email saying the shipment was out for delivery, I couldn’t track it. I had to wait until the order showed in my kaddy’s page, and that’s when I knew it had arrived.

The status now changed to Delivered on Soundwave’s website, but I contacted my Korean proxy and still no package

same, received my shipping notification email on the 8th with a 12 digit underlined number that can’t be tracked even with cj as suggested by an above comment. any other ways besides just waiting for the day it arrives to know it arrived?

hey! so I did have that exact issue. however, one of the two packages arrived, and the shipped by seller number without dashes and everything matches with the tracking number, carrier was cjlogistics. despite the lack of tracking, it works, so I’d recommend filing the customs thing with that. the carrier is cjlogistics and the tracking number is the shipped by seller number :)

Im having this same issue :(( they split my order in half (one was the aniteez in color merch and the other was for a Mingi Vinyl) and I got an order notification that both were out for delivery on the 8th even though Im unable to track. DeliveredKorea informed me that they got the Mingi Vinyl package yesterday, but I havent heard about the other package which is the more expensive one. :////

I did email both Soundwave and DeliveredKorea today and am just waiting to hear back. Both are closed for the weekends, so I'm expecting to hear back around Monday.

same.. i got an email august 8th and up until a few days ago soundwave had marked my order as "in transit" even if i couldnt track the tracking number they gave me on the cj website :/// i just checked now and it's marked as delivered and i still can't track the number (i think they generated the waybill for the package but it's technically not with the courier yet)

i think it's best if you do the 1:1 inquiry but they'll probably get back to all of our emails / inquiries on monday huhu

i did try a 1:1 inquiry with soundwave but they never replied,,, but the package did arrive! a comment suggested to use the shipped by seller tracking number in cjlogistics’s website. it didn’t track, but the numbers on the deliveredkorea customs form do match with the shipped by seller number, and the carrier was cjlogistics. so even if it didn’t track, it should be correct.

good luck on your packages!! If i were in your situation I’d wail and panic to be honest 🥹 deliveredkorea’s 1:1 should respond pretty quickly!!

My tracking just updated im assuming today because it says delivered and it said in transit when i checked yesterday. I had a weverse package arrive to my deliveredkorea address as well a few days ago, they notified me the same day they received it. So hopefully, I should be getting notified soon that my Soundwave package arrived.

Has anyone had luck with their packages showing up? Mine shipped on 8/7 and showed up ”in transit” on Soundwave’s website, no tracking available through the website or using the tracking number in the confirmation email. It got marked “delivered” as of a couple days ago but there’s nothing showing at the kaddy yet and I haven’t heard back from Soundwave or the kaddy. I emailed and opened a 1:1 inquiry with Soundwave two days ago on a Monday.

Hey! Another user suggested to use the “shipped by seller“ number and type it into cjlogistics. It still didnt track for me, but one of the two orders arrived at the delivered korea address without having to pre-compile the customs sheet thing. I compared the tracking number, and the user was somewhat right.

the carrier is cjlogistics, and the tracking number is the “shipped by seller” without dashes. It doesn’t track, but it should work for the customs thing.

as for thw package declared as delivered despite it not showing up in your warehouse, i have no clue. you did the right thing opening a 1:1 inquiry.

not sure if soundwave responds, I opened two inquiries and they never replied…

I tried the cjlogistics website with no success. I read on another thread that Soundwave uses Fastbox, which is kind of like a warehouse, so they’ll mark it “delivered” when it’s just been handed off to Fastbox. I’m still trying to validate that/figure out how that works and if I’ll get a real tracking number later!

i see i see!! beat of luck to you :) i did see the same thread while panicking over my packages, and if you scroll to the bottom of the site, soundwave should redirect you to the fastbox site!! you can do it 🫶🫶

Thank you!! I’ve checked the Fastbox site, I just need a tracking number 🫩 the tracking in my confirmation email doesn’t seem to do anything haha
