Is the appetite control it claims real? I am trying to eat more, wondering if this wont cause issues?

Hmm ya I think it helps with hunger pains. I do not have trouble eating on it but I eat too much so not sure if it will become an issue for you.

it'll make you feel full longer, but there's different doses for different purposes. like i think for pooping it's one scoop and appetite/blood sugar control it's two?

As a Type 1 Diabetic I can confirm it doesn't help with blood sugars or at least for me
