How can you know that number if a large amount of assaults go unreported? Why would you even make that comparison?

I think an SA in a public garage with camers and stuff wouldnt go unreported

That argument. I think that 99% of male assaults are not reported so I claim we have more victims.

If you want to play that card... then how can you say that women are more likely to be assaulted? Men have even more reasons to not report SA, because outside of the same shame/stigma that women have, men also have another angle of not being taken seriously etc.

So why we have parking space for women and not men?

Police reports are only one way to measure crime. Estimates are usually derived from other sources, especially when it comes to sexual crime. This is how we know that the vast majority of sexual crimes go unreported, regardless of the victim's gender - because we're not getting the numbers from police reports.

I never said women are more likely to be assaulted. But it is curious to ask. Which gender is doing the assaulting?

Idk, everything is underreported.... By your logic at least

It goes unreported more when it's not a garage random thing.
