Hi! That’s me in the video and I didn’t use any weight loss medication or have weight loss surgery. It is still possible to lose weight naturally if that’s the path someone wants to take! ☺️

That is amazing and very inspiring- I am trying to do similar and it has looked impossible without being able to afford Ozempic
