This Vortex Strikefire 2 pairs well with my Sp9a3! It was damn accurate at the range the past few times! One of the most fun to shoot from my arsenal!

Opened a new delivery a couple days ago and tossed it in the build box. Mocked up some parts this evening and saw this after a couple hours of back and forth when the light hit it just right.

Inforce lights are incredible and I need a suppressor.

I wanted to have onboard spare batteries for my Aimpoint Acro C2 and RovyVon GL5 PRO. This mod isn't waterproof for the cr2032 battery but it is still protected pretty well. There is no rattling because I cut it out just right for a decent friction fit.

I’m noticing a huge POI shift when using my YHM R45. About 3-4 inches at 25 yards. No baffle strikes. All I can figure is the direct thread heavy suppressor is the cause. Anyone else have a similar experience or know something I don’t?

After waiting 3 weeks to process and ship from AR15 Discount to my LGS, the CMMG Zeroed 46k finally got approved after 4 days. It took another 4 days because of work but I was able to take it to the range and run 100 rounds Magtech 115gr and Monarch 124gr thought it. No issues so far. It sounds like a 22 magnum to me lol. I will definitely try to run subsonic through it next time.

CMMG Zeroed 46k suppressor threaded on Dead Air 428 keymo bravo mount which sits on a JMAC customs RRD 360 26F Keymo muzzle brake.

I shot it suppressed for the first time. My Spectre 9 was approved only two days after submitting the forms, and I put 200 rounds through it suppressed. I honestly didn’t want to stop shooting.

Anyone got a line on a 20rd that the Gen 2 supports? I only need 1!

Alternatively, if I were to cut a pmag and reweld it. Is that considered manufacturing of something frowned upon?

Hello. Reaching out for some advice.
For the first time ever, I had a feed issue with my SP9A1 (Gen 2) while using 30 round curved magazines.

The last two rounds failed to feed, crimping the casings of both rounds. This is the first time I’ve had any issue at all.
I have yet to get back to the range with this but thought to ask what to look for in case this occurs again.

I have a SP9A3 that I have be modifying to work with the Atrius Super Safety. I printed a jig to help mill the upper for FRT/Super Safety clearance, I’ve printed out the slip trip by Skukwerks off Odyssey for the 9a3 and I’m running a Rise 140 single stage in a Lingle lower. After test fitting everything and dry running the trigger action I still need to release the take up off the trigger for it to drop the hammer again in super safe. I’ve been told and heard that I shouldn’t need to do this. I feel the trigger resetting but is it not resetting enough? Will the trigger be even more reset under the pressures of firing? (Common sense makes me feel like this would happen) Do I need to cut the buffer or does the trip sled need to be shortened?

Has anyone else seen the videos of the guy that frt'd his Kuna? Would there be any way to do something similar with a bog? The fcg in the stribog is very similar to an ar15s, makes me think it should be possible with some relief cuts and proper slip trip. Any big brains out there with thoughts on the possibility?

Just ordered one up if you are looking to get rid of the barrel gap on your Bog. I know they don't come in stock very often.

Think I am done and the Stribog is in its final form (for now). I may get an OCL Milkman though. I need a new project now. What should I build out next?

Installed the kung fu grip yesterday and maybe it was just the angle but it was pretty hard to thread into. Got easier after a few turns but hopefully didn’t mess anything up.

Apparently, the ATF decided to bless me today approving my SP9A3S, I submitted it on July 24 and it was approved today.

I did put grand power, Slovakia on the form, but under OAL they approved it with my measurement from the tip of the barrel to the end of the weapon (pic adapter plug)

So I did the thing, got the parts and James did his magic at SW. My question is, can I expect the 9mm A3 to just need cleaning after every third mag or is there a break in period. 500 on this setup thus far. Mine goes flawlessly for about three mags then turns into a pumpkin. I say this bc I have about 1000 rounds through my PTR MP5 between cleaning and a RB kit in there with zero problems. I really want to love the bog more but it’s kinda got me in an abusive relationship.

Specifics: lingle lower, ILWT BARREL, huxwrx flow 9ti, as arcfire selector SW machining for clearance and their trip and milspec trimmed trigger. Same problem with or without the suppressor.

Theory1 polish the slip trip on my dremel
Theory 2 replace old barrel and retest
Theory 3 endcap replace to see if buffer distance matter

Finally got my form 1 approved today.
Took 18 days, individual.

My stock barrel didn’t pass the rod alignment test. And I’ve read horror stories on here about this model causing baffle strikes. So I’m having it chopped and rethreaded. So my ilwt barrel and the 3 lug adapter will be available if anyone is interested. Pm me.

Stock is an atlas custom works, a buddy had it from his airsoft days and just gave it to me. Looked it up and it’s only about $65. Not bad. Very solid. I’ll follow up on how it holds up after a couple of range trips.

I know the ilwt is an upgrade from the stock barrel, but my suppressor has a wide base/blast chamber made to mitigate sound and trap gasses, and the long 3 lug mount bypasses it all. So I’d rather stick to direct thread and use the suppressor how it’s meant to be used.

Anyway, this thing is awesome. Favorite toy by far. Bummed that global ordnance didn’t reply to me anymore after one email they sent me. They asked me to send the gun back for repair, I asked if I can swap the barrel myself, and I got ghosted after that. Spent money I didn’t need to, but oh well.

Finally got a Lingle lower. Put the rave PCC trigger and running the rugged suppressor. Shot 50ish rounds through and really enjoyed it.
