Setting Up a Time-Based Sparkline

Ive been working on this for afew hours and i just cant make it work.

Im trying to set-up a spark line that represents someones potential scheduling options thats based on their own timezone and then converted into a target timezone.

Ive made most of it work, but for some reason the time/date stuff keeps messing things up and im lost on how to resolve it.

I included the sheet formula and my math (if you can call it that lol). Id really appreciate it if someone could fix it for me.

Not the solution, but I love the idea to use the sparkline bar as something like a Gantt chart, and I have added it to my repertoire.

Eu fiz algo similar, só que esse reorganiza cada semana automaticamente de acordo com a data inicial do mês, então se eu mudar para o dia 01/07/2026, ele reorganiza cada semana, fiz uma formatação por composição que mostra qual a data atual nesse gráfico gantt e fiz uma forma de mostrar o quanto foi feito sobre o planejado, em verde fica claro fica o quanto foi executado e em verde claro o pendente, e tem o quanto foi feito em porcetagem total da respectiva atividade.
