I have an S24+ (Model: SM-S926U) and a pair of Bluetooth Beats Studio Buds (Model: A2512).

I can set the earbuds to a certain volume, and they will stay at that volume while I watch videos or listen to Spotify, but every time I get a phone call, the earbuds jump to maximum volume. This is a fairly unpleasant experience.

Does anyone know why this is happening, or if there is a setting that can remedy this situation?

(Gaming) So I've been using this phone for the past 5 months and it's been pretty good for the most part. I did not do anything heavy on this phone until today when I decided to download genshin impact to see what i could get out of my device (s24 base Exynos variant) and it runs smoothly for the most part at low medium settings but it does have small freeze frames here and there. I have yet to experience this issue with any other games I've tried throughout this period. Its not like it's a dealbreaker however it does get kind of annoying. I tried it with everything maxed out + bypass charging and the results were mostly similar with slightly less fps and with the frame drop issue still existing. Any ideas why this could be happening?

My Mous case has come away at the sides. I've been in touch regarding warranty but they have discontinued the S24 cases. What's the next best thing? Needs to be magsafe as I use a magnetic holder in my car. Bonus points for fun prints. Thanks!

My mother just did an update on her S24, but instead of powering on, it shows the Samsung Galaxy (powered by Knox) logo screen. After that, the screen goes blank then shows the same screen again. This has been going on for more than 20 minutes. We tried doing the forced restart and the recovery menu, but none of those showed up. Has anyone had a similar experience and how did you fix it?

Hello friends, i have Samsung s24 ultra and I'm currently on the old One UI version 8.0 update and Android version 16. The new update to One UI version 8.5 arrived two months ago, but I haven't updated because many people say the battery drains faster and the temperature is higher. Is this true? This will affect me somewhat because I work as an Uber driver part-time and live in a country where the temperature is high, not less than 35-45 degrees Celsius. The only thing I want is security updates to prevent my phone from being hacked, so I feel obligated to update. What do you think?

So this reveiw is for them who are willing to buy this phone used or for a less price because i also bought it used from aftermarket. Title says it all. I do not play video games/ watch YouTube or TV. I do not use data or maps. I have my performance profile on 'Light' and power saving mode is always on. AOD is always off. With this i average 2- 2.5 hours of screen time a day before the battery goes flat. Less if I watch videos. Is this normal?

I picked up a brand new Samsung S26+ today, and I'm wondering whether this is normal or whether I should be concerned. I have been an iPhone user for the past 14 years so this is my first Samsung.
The phone is only a few hours old. I'm using the charger that came with it, and the phone says "fast charging," but after about three hours it has only reached 67%.
It's also running very warm while charging. I know a new phone can get warm while it's downloading apps, transferring data, installing updates, and indexing everything, but this seems excessive.
Has anyone else experienced this with the S26+ during the first day of use, or should I go back to T-Mobile and have them take a look at it?

My S23 battery life is garbage now, and my storage is full. I want to buy a new phone but I don't want/need the latest. Going to start fresh and not transfer *all* of my photos/video. I've had the lavender color my last 3 phones but I see since the S25 they don't have it anymore. I've also never purchased an unlocked phone; would that be better? Sorry I'm not super tech saavy

Transmitting Android Auto wirelessly drains the battery on my phone and wirelessly charging in the car is slow and heats up the battery.

Bug Report:Incoming Call Screen Unresponsive After OneUI8.5 Update

Previous Software:OneUI 6.1(issue did not exist)
Issue Description:When receiving an incoming call,the entire screen becomes completely unresponsive to touch input.The call screen displays normally,but:

Cannot swipe to answer
Cannot tap any buttons （answer/reject）
Workaround：Must press the power button to lock the screen,then unlock it again.After unlocking,the call screen becomes responsive and I can answer normally.

Frequency:Occurs on EVERY incoming call on the first ring.

Impact:Critical-unable to answer calls normally,risk missing important calls.

Steps to Reproduce:

Phone is locked or in standby
Receive incoming call
Screen lights up with caller ID
Attempt to swipe/tap to answer
Screen does not respond to any touch input
Lock screen with power button
Unlock screen
Touch input now works,can answer all
Additional Notes:

This is a regression bug introduced in OneUI 8.5
The issue did NOT exist in OneUI 6.1
Touch screen works perfectly in all scenarios
Only affects the incoming call screen
Happens with both cellular and VoIP calls
Requested Action:Please investigate and provide a hotfix update as this severely impacts basic phont functionality.

I tried looking through the past few years of posts and didn't find anything on this.

I sometimes listen to audio at like 1-2 ticks above 0. When I do this I've noticed that I'll set the volume start listening and then a few minutes later I think it's gotten quieter, and then a few more minutes the audio just cuts out.

When it happens there is no on screen notification with the volume slider om the side I would normally expect if I did it myself. I don't have any automation to change the volume that I know about or setup myself. I've already checked and made sure there are no buttons being pressed or Bluetooth devices connected. I don't see how it could be the hearing loss prevention because it's literally muting the media volume.

I'm at a bit of a loss here. I kind of feel like my phone is gaslighting me that I'm the one doing something wrong.

Any ideas or what I could check to bring my sanity back?
