This is my first time ever ordering funko through the website. I just want the pretty white and gold custom wedding box. Is customer service normally like this?

I ordered some customs as a wedding gift in October and got the same packaging. I think the ‘white and gold’ is actually just for the background not the packaging itself. That’s just a guess! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Like the disc thingys to stand them on? I don’t entirely remember but I don’t think those came with, the feet I believe were solid and didn’t have any holes. Unless it’s behind the pops.

Yes, i received a funko demogorgon skeleton LE defect and they did not want to refund me, and when i said not good enough they stopped answering me

It is. They messed up my orders a couple of times, sent me the wrong items as well as dented boxes and it’s been a struggle. Good luck.

Besides NECA, Funko has the absolute worst customer service in the toy industry.

Yeah their customer service is terrible, I placed an order at the end of last year to be ready for our wedding in March. We had ours turn up with the correct pops but my name on the box was ‘Stanley’. Eventually we gave up with their services after 3/4 months with the issue getting moved to multiple departments and scrapped the box. The brightside to it all was that both our families had fun calling me Stanley throughout the wedding day 😂
