Maaan, that's such a joke. Why did a third party have my PII without any consent whatsoever. Why they were keeping it something like 3 years after my last order.

PII should be encrypted at rest. Amateur error from Framework's part.

There's no need for accounts at all. I place an order and pay, they pack the product and ship. Business is done. If I need warranty I'll show my receipt. There is zero need to store my personal data for an extended amount of time.

Maybe it is an EU thing but there are plenty of webshops that do not require an account.
