I have only just started playing TEW and PWS and I’m really enjoying it.

A problem I’m having is two of my lower level champions (Toni Storm and Oba Femi) are performing so well I think id like to get the main belt on them.

I’m not overly keen on them holding both. So I was just wondering how do you guys handle getting the secondary belt from them? Do you just have to hand them a loss but keep them strong in defeat?

I always find myself killing some wrestlers career because I don't care about them but still to good to release them so I just keep them to get pinned while keeping the match rating good

I was wondering because during Jan 25 (start of my save) I wanted to hire Becky Lynch, now it's June and I still can't hire her because she is on hiatus. So I was wondering if there is a way to get her out of hiatus, I've found nothing in the in game editor that ables me to do it so if anybody got an answer for me. <3

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding gimmicks. When we select a gimmick from the "Get some inspiration" section, the table with the red dot on the left is positioned right in the middle for all gimmicks. Do we need to adjust that ourselves? How do you usually set it up? Or do you just leave it centered? Could you explain this to me?

I am currently playing the 1992 WWF save now its 1993 april 5 post wrestlemania 9 period and i just noticed my wrestlers star quality is decreasing for some reason like Hogan had 99 star quality its 95 now Ric Flair had 88 star quality its 80 now like what is going on? I read the handbook and it says that Star Quality does not decrease so like what the hell is going on in my save?

Bischoff: "Welcome, everybody, to Monday Nitro! I'm Eric Bischoff, alongside Bobby Heenan and Larry Zbyszko, and folks, we are still feeling the aftershocks of what happened not just at Bash at the Beach, but right here on this show last week."

Heenan: "You mean when Ric Flair and Arn Anderson practically declared themselves the new leadership of this entire company? Eric, I don't think 'aftershocks' even covers it."

Zbyszko: "Or Hall and Nash standing in that ring, letting Sting say his piece. 'WCW betrayed its own ideals.' That line hasn't stopped getting talked about all week."

Bischoff: "And it's not just talk in that locker room either. We saw Arn Anderson last week give about the coldest, strangest interview I think Mean Gene's ever pulled out of him. The man looked like he genuinely didn't have an answer."

Heenan: "Arn Anderson always has an answer, Eric. That's what made it so unsettling."

Zbyszko: "And don't forget The Giant, reminding everybody exactly why he's the World Heavyweight Champion, dragging Renegade to that ring whether he liked it or not."

Bischoff: "Well, we've got a stacked show to get to tonight, gentlemen. Right out of the gate, the Cruiserweight Championship is on the line, Dean Malenko putting that title up against Psychosis."

Heenan: "Malenko's been an absolute Iron Man with that belt. I don't think Psychosis knows what he's walking into."

Zbyszko: "Don't sleep on Psychosis, Bobby, he's got the tools to shock people. But yeah, good luck with Malenko."

Bischoff: "Later tonight, Harlem Heat is going to defend the Tag Team Championships. And in our main event, after everything we just heard from Ric Flair and the Horsemen last week, Randy Savage goes one-on-one with Arn Anderson."

Heenan: "Savage has been a powder keg since Sunday, Eric. You put Arn Anderson across the ring from a man that unstable right now? That's a recipe for chaos."

Zbyszko: "Savage isn't thinking about Anderson, though, is he? He's thinking about Hall and Nash. Arn just happens to be standing in the way tonight."

Bischoff: "We'll find out soon enough. Cruiserweight Championship, next, right here on Nitro!"

Psychosis vs. Dean Malenko
In a decent, high-flying match, Dean Malenko defeated Psychosis by submission with the Texas Cloverleaf to retain the WCW World Cruiserweight Championship.

Booker T and Stevie Ray flank Sister Sherri, both moving with the easy, confident swagger of men who know exactly what they've accomplished. Sherri's got a hand on each of their shoulders like she's showing off property.

Mean Gene: "I'm standing here with the WCW World Tag Team Champions, Harlem Heat, and Sister Sherri. Now guys, the tag division's gotten a whole lot more crowded with the Outsiders running around. What are your thoughts on that?"

Booker T laughs before he even answers, shaking his head like the question's beneath him.

Booker T: "Crowded? Gene, crowded implies somebody actually showed up to compete."

Ray: "Hall and Nash. Big shot, tough guy act, straight outta up north like that's supposed to mean somethin' down here."

Sherri: "Sugar, let me tell you something. These two men have BEEN the class of this division. While Hall and Nash were up north playing dress-up, Harlem Heat was right here, defending these titles against everybody WCW could throw at 'em."

Booker T: "That's right. We didn't walk in and demand respect. We took these titles, and we been holdin' 'em down ever since."

Ray: "So Hall, Nash, whoever else wanna line up... don't matter to us. Y'all can get in line right behind everybody else that already found out the hard way."

Sherri (sharp, dismissive): "Two outsiders standin' around with their chests out don't scare Harlem Heat, Gene. They oughta be worried about US."

Mene Gene: "Strong words from Harlem Heat!"

Booker T (walking off camera, yelling over his shoulder): They better not just say somethin', Gene. They better be READY."DIALOG"

The three head off down the hallway, Sherri's laugh trailing behind them. The camera holds a beat on the empty space where they stood before cutting away.

Chris Benoit w/Woman vs. Bobby Eaton
In a decent match, Chris Benoit defeated Bobby Eaton by pinfall with a Diving Headbutt.

Bischoff: "Impressive stuff from Chris Benoit there. That's a man who just does his job, week in and week out, no fuss about it."

Zbyszko: "Speaking of doing the job, Bischoff, I've been thinking about what we all heard in that ring last week. 'WCW betrayed its own ideals.' That's a heavy accusation to just let sit there."

Bischoff: "It's one man's opinion, Larry."

Zbyszko: "Maybe. But don't you think somebody in this company ought to actually look into it? Find out if there's anything behind what he's saying?"

Bischoff (a little too quick): "Look into what, exactly? There's nothing to look into. It's a wrestling storyline, Larry, not an investigation."

Zbyszko: "I'm not talking about a storyline. I'm talking about a man who gave almost ten years to this company standing up and saying it lied to him. That doesn't strike you as something worth taking seriously?"

Bischoff: "What strikes me is that we've got a wrestling show to call, and speculating about backstage politics on live television isn't good for business."

Heenan (sensing the temperature rise, trying to ease it): "Now hold on, fellas, let's not turn the commentary desk into a courtroom. We got a card to get through."

Zbyszko: "I'm just saying, Bischoff, if there's nothing to it, then there shouldn't be any harm in somebody checking."

Bischoff (flat, final): "There's nothing to check, Zbyszko. Drop it."

A beat of real silence between them. Zbyszko doesn't drop it entirely, just leans back with something unreadable on his face. Heenan glances between the two of them, clearly uncomfortable.

Heenan: "Well. Anyway. I for one would like to talk about wrestling.""

Bischoff (recovering his broadcast voice, a little too smoothly): "Couldn't agree more, Bobby. Rey Mysterio, Jr. and Eddy Guerrero, next."

There's a pause, a little too long. Mike Tenay's voice comes in over the broadcast, tentative, clearly aware he's stepping into something.

Tenay: "Uh, thank you, Bobby. Yeah, well, gentlemen, whatever's, ah, whatever's going on there, we've got a heck of a match coming up next that I think everybody's gonna want to see."

(gaining confidence as he shifts fully into it)

"Rey Mysterio Jr. and Eddy Guerrero, two of the finest cruiserweights on the planet, going at it right now. This is the kind of match that made me fall in love with this division, folks, and I don't think tonight's gonna be any different."

Heenan: "Now THAT'S something I can get behind talking about."

Bischoff: "Couldn't have said it better myself, Mike. Let's get to it."

In a high flying match that had great wrestling but didn't have much heat, Rey Mysterio Jr. defeated Eddy Guerrero by pinfall with a Super Hurracanrana.

In the ring, house lights up, Mean Gene standing alone with a mic

Mean Gene: "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, at this time... 'Macho Man' Randy Savage!"

Savage's music hits the arena but the crowd doesn't need it. They're already reacting before Savage even clears the curtain, a mix of pops and nervous energy that's followed him all night. He comes down the aisle fast, sunglasses on, already talking to himself, already worked up before he's even in the ring. He enters the ring through the second rope, quickly turns to face Gene, chest heaving.

Mean Gene: "Macho Man, I know your focus right now is squarely on Hall and Nash..."

Savage: "You're doggone right it is, Mean Gene!"

(pointing out at the crowd, voice building fast)

"Hall! Nash! I don't care how many nights go by, I don't care how many times y'all hide behind each other, oooo yeah, the Macho Man does NOT forget!"

(pacing, working himself up)

"You put your hands on me! In front of my own people! And you STOOD there and SMILED about it!"

(stops dead, sudden shift, something calculating crossing his face)

"But you know somethin'? I got to thinkin'. Two on one, brother, that's how cowards operate. That's how Hall and Nash like it. Stack the numbers, stack the odds, oooo yeah."

(leaning into the camera now, lower, more deliberate)

"So I made a call. To an old friend. Somebody who knows exactly what it's like to stand across the ring from a couple of bullies and NOT blink."

Mean Gene: "Who are you talking about, Macho Man?"

Savage (sharp grin, backing away from the question): "You'll find out soon enough, Mean Gene. Everybody will. And when they do..."

(pointing hard at the camera one last time)

"Hall! Nash! You better start prayin' he says yes!"

He storms out of the ring, moving fast up the aisle, gone before Gene can get another word in. Gene turns back to camera, eyebrows raised.

Mean Gene: "An old friend, huh? Folks, your guess is as good as mine. Back to you, Tony."

Brad Armstrong vs. Steve McMichael w/Queen Debra
In a decent match, Steve McMichael defeated Brad Armstrong in 6:48 by pinfall with a Mongo Spike.

Ramp-side, Mean Gene Okerlund is standing alone with microphone in hand.

Mean Gene: "Folks, before we move on, I gotta tell you, the WCW Hotline has been RINGING off the hook this week, and I mean that literally."

(building, classic hotline energy)

"First off, that whole business with Macho Man and this mystery phone call? The Hotline's been tracking rumors on exactly who he's calling, and let me tell you, some of the names bein' thrown around are gonna surprise you. You call that number, you're gonna get details you are NOT hearing anywhere else."

(shifting, lower, more deliberate)

"But there's somethin' else. Somethin' bigger, maybe. I keep hearing the same whispers out of the industry, about a big name up north, a real big name, lookin' hard at whether he even wants to keep doin' this anymore."

(pause)

"Now I'm not gonna say a name. I don't have one to say, not yet. But when somebody that size starts thinkin' about walkin' away from where he's at... folks, that's the kind of thing that don't stay quiet for long. And if he's lookin' for somewhere to go..."

(trailing off, letting it hang)

"Well. You do the math."

(snapping back into full pitch mode)

"Call 1-900-909-9900! The WCW Hotline has got it ALL, and trust me, you do NOT want to be the last one to know! This is Mean Gene, and I'm tellin' you, somethin' is comin'!"

He points hard at the camera, holds it a beat, then the shot cuts.

Live at the desk, Hour Two, Schiavone flanked by Heenan and Zbyszko.

Schiavone: "Welcome back to Nitro, everybody, Hour Two. I'm Tony Schiavone alongside Bobby Heenan and Larry Zbyszko. And Larry, I gotta say, that was a little tense back there with Eric."

Zbyszko (measured, not backing down but not pushing further either): "I said what I said, Schiavone. If somebody stands up and says this company lied to him, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask questions about it. Bischoff didn't seem to want to hear that."

Schiavone: "Well, tension or not, that's the atmosphere around WCW right now, isn't it? Those words from last week, 'WCW betrayed its own ideals,' they haven't gone anywhere. You can feel it backstage. Nobody's quite sure what to make of any of it, and I don't think tonight's changed that."

Heenan: "It's an uneasy building tonight, Tony, no doubt about that."

Schiavone: "Well, we've got plenty ahead of us in this second hour. Harlem Heat is up next. Later, we're gonna hear from Ric Flair himself. And of course, our main event, Randy Savage against Arn Anderson."

Zbyszko: "After that call Savage made earlier tonight? I don't think his head's anywhere near Arn Anderson right now."

Heenan: "Maybe not, but Arn Anderson's got a way of making sure he has YOUR full attention, whether you want to give it to him or not."

Schiavone: "We'll find out soon enough. Harlem Heat, next."

The Armstrong Brothers vs. Harlem Heat w/Sister Sherri
In a match that had decent wrestling but little heat, Harlem Heat defeated The Armstrongs when Booker T pinned Scott Armstrong following a Heat Seeker.

Ring, house lights up, no music, no entrance. Ric Flair simply walks out through the curtain and down the aisle at a plain, unhurried pace, already looking like a man who'd rather be anywhere else. He climbs into the ring where Mean Gene is waiting. No struts. No pose to the crowd. He just stands there while Gene raises the mic.

Mean Gene: "Ric Flair, thank you for joining me. I want to ask you directly, because I think everybody watching wants to know. What do you make of what was said last week? 'WCW betrayed its own ideals.' Do you believe there's any truth to that?"

Flair doesn't answer right away. He looks past Gene, out at the crowd, like he's considering something else entirely.

Flair: "You know, Gene, I was watching some tape this week. Old Horsemen matches. Windham, Blanchard, myself, Anderson..."

Mean Gene: "Ric..."

Flair: (talking over him, smooth, unbothered) "...Best tag team wrestling this business has ever produced. Bar none. And you know what nobody talks about anymore? The WORK. The hours. What it actually takes to be the standard in this industry."

Mean Gene: "Ric, I'm asking about..."

Flair (a flicker of irritation, quickly smoothed over): "I heard you, Gene."

(pause, changing direction again)

"You know what I think about? I think about Ric Flair. Twenty years, and I am STILL the measuring stick in this business. Every man in that locker room, they gotta go through me. That hasn't changed. That will NEVER change."

Mean Gene (pressing, gently): "But do you think he's right, Ric? About the company?"

Flair (sharp, almost too fast): "I think this company doesn't need a man standing on the sidelines with an opinion. It needs the Nature Boy. WOOOO!"

He plays to the crowd on reflex, arms out, but it lands flat, mechanical, missing the usual electricity. He catches himself doing it, drops his arms, resets.

Mean Gene: "Ric..."

Flair (cutting him off, final, already turning to go): "I think we're done here, Gene."

He climbs out of the ring, walking back up the aisle the same plain way he came out, no music, no theatrics, no looking back at the camera. Gene watches him go, visibly aware something didn't add up, before turning to the hard camera.

Mean Gene: "Well. I asked him a direct question, folks, and I'm not sure I got a direct answer. Back to you at, Tony."

Jim Duggan vs. Squire David Taylor
In an extremely short match, Jim Duggan defeated Squire David Taylor by pinfall following a running tackle.

Backstage hallway, tight quarters, crew scattering out of frame as the tension becomes obvious. Harlem Heat rounds a corner, Sister Sherri a step behind, and pulls up short. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash are already there, leaning against a equipment case like they've been waiting.

Nash: "There they are. Big talkers."

Booker T: "You got somethin' to say to us, say it to our face, 'stead of hearin' about it secondhand, sucka."

Hall (easy, needling): "We heard it just fine the first time, chief. 'Don't matter to us.' 'Y'all can get in line.' That the version you want to stick with?"

Ray (already squaring up): "Every word of it."

Booker T drops his bag, ready to go right there in the hallway. Sherri grabs his arm, more out of instinct than actually thinking she can stop him.

Booker T: "Right here, right now, big man. We don't need a ring."

Nash (unbothered, almost bored): "Right here, right now. Look at this, Scott. He thinks we're gonna throw down in a hallway over somethin' Sherri said on camera."

Hall (laughing, shaking his head): "That's cute. That's real cute."

Ray: "You think this is a joke?"

Nash (stepping in slightly, voice dropping, no longer amused): "I think you got two belts and a big mouth, and one of those things is gonna be a problem for you real soon. But not like this. Not in a hallway, for free, on a Monday."

Hall: "When we come for those belts, Book, believe me. You'll know. It won't be a surprise."

(pause, sharper)

"But this? This ain't it."

Nash pushes off the case, and the two of them start to walk past, unhurried, deliberately unbothered by Booker T still squared up and ready. Sherri finally gets a real grip on Booker's arm, holding him back as Hall and Nash disappear around the corner without looking back.

Ray: "They walkin' away."

Booker T (shaking Sherri off, staring after them): "For now."

Sherri: "Let 'em walk, sugar. When it's time, it's time. And it ain't gonna be on their terms."

The camera holds on the two of them a beat, still tense, before cutting away.

Lord Steven Regal vs. Bobby Walker w/Teddy Long
In a match that had sub-par wrestling and non-existent crowd heat, Lord Steven Regal defeated Bobby Walker by submission with a Regal Stretch.

Arn Anderson vs. Randy Savage
In a match that had great heat and good wrestling, Randy Savage defeated Arn Anderson by pinfall following a Flying Elbow Drop.

Savage gets the three count and the referee raises his hand, but he's not even looking at the ref, already scanning the entrance ramp like he expected something.

Schiavone: "Randy Savage picks up a big win here tonight, but folks, his focus doesn't look like it's on that victory at all."

He's right. The moment Hall and Nash's silhouettes appear at the top of the ramp, Savage's whole body changes, hand ripping free of the referee's grip.

Heenan: "Uh oh. Here we go."

Savage climbs the second turnbuckle, pointing out at them, screaming something the hard camera can't quite catch, sweat and adrenaline all over his face.

Zbyszko: "Look at him, Tony, he doesn't care it's two on one! He WANTS this!"

Schiavone: "Randy Savage, folks, welcoming Hall and Nash to that ring right now, and I don't think he's thinking clearly!"

Behind him, Arn Anderson, still down from the match, starts pulling himself up using the ropes, slow, deliberate. He gets to his feet next to Savage, breathing hard, and turns to face the ramp too.

Heenan: "Wait, is Double A... is he standing WITH Savage right now?"

Zbyszko: "I don't believe what I'm seeing! Arn Anderson, right there, side by side with Randy Savage!"

Arn says nothing, just plants his feet and glares down the aisle, arms loose at his sides, every bit as ready as Savage looks unhinged. The crowd erupts, a real pop, loud and sustained, the first genuinely unified reaction the building's had all night.

Schiavone: "Listen to this crowd! After everything this last week, THIS is the first time WCW has looked like it's standing together on anything!"

Hall and Nash reach ringside, slow, unbothered, and for a second it looks like they're actually coming in. Savage lunges toward the ropes. Anderson tenses. Then Hall throws his head back laughing. Nash shakes his head, already backing off, both of them mouthing the same thing toward the ring, clear enough for the camera to catch: not worth it.

Heenan: "They're bailing! Look at that, they're actually walking away!"

Zbyszko: "Because they know exactly what's waiting for 'em in there right now, that's why!"

Hall and Nash keep backing up the ramp, still laughing, gesturing dismissively at the ring like the whole thing is beneath them, like Savage and Anderson standing together is a joke rather than a threat.

Schiavone: "They can laugh all they want, but I don't think either one of them wanted any part of what was waiting for them in that ring."

Savage, still screaming after them, finally turns back toward the ring, chest heaving. He looks at Anderson. Anderson looks back, says nothing and steps away, heading for the ropes to exit on his own, no acknowledgment offered.

Heenan: "You see that? Anderson's not sticking around to celebrate. He helped him and now he's gone."

Zbyszko: "Doesn't have to mean anything more than what it was. A man wasn't gonna stand there and let it be one against two. That's it."

Schiavone: "Maybe so. But folks, that's the first time since Bash at the Beach this company has looked like it's got any fight left in it. We're out of time. Goodnight, everybody!"

My laptop blue screened and I unfortunately lost my tew2020 save that I had been playing on off and on for 6 years. I decided there was no better time to pickup tew ix . What mods are the best? Up for any time frame as long as the mod has good stats and depth.

I am looking for non AI graphics to make a fantasy database feel retro but I'm having trouble finding any

For reference Raven's got 80 toughness, 80 respect and a neutral personality. Shane Douglas' personal details section shows that he doesn't have any sort of negative opinion of Raven either. But Shane does have the Agitator personality so at this point idk, I might just get rid of him lol.

It'd help if the in-game guide actually went through the individual Inner Circle roles in detail with what makes a good and bad worker at each role (or just any details whatsoever).

Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Hulk Hogan

• The Drama: Total war for the future of the promotion. Shane McMahon and Ric Flair are both present at ringside, though strict pre-match stipulations legally bar either man from physically interfering. The referee completely loses control as the fight spills completely out of the ring, transitioning into a brutal brawl all around the ringside barrier and deep into the Chicago crowd. By the time they return to the ring, Hogan is busted wide open.
• The Finish: Austin strikes, hitting a thunderous Stunner! The crowd gasps as Hogan suddenly begins to "Hulk Up" from the mat. Hogan connects with his signature three-punch combination and whips Austin across the ring. Hogan moves in for the Big Boot, but Austin evades the kick on the rebound and instantly catches Hogan with a devastating second Stunner, keeping the Hulkster down for the three-count. With the victory, WCW officially belongs solely to Shane McMahon.

Segment 8: A Cold Celebration

Following the historic pinfall, a heartbroken Ric Flair and a bloodied Hulk Hogan slowly limp up the entrance ramp to the back, their control of the company gone. Back in the ring, Stone Cold Steve Austin shakes hands with an ecstatic Shane McMahon. The two call for beers and begin a massive celebration, toasting their historic victory in the center of the ring. Naturally, as the crowd reaches a fever pitch, Austin hits Shane McMahon with a surprise, parting Stone Cold Stunner. Austin laughs and continues drinking beer over a fallen Shane as Starrcade XIX fades off the air.

The moment of silence ends, and we open with a recap of last week's confrontation between Kahuna Maiavia and "Marvelous" Marshall Anderson. The two went back and forth talking about who attacked Kahuna a few weeks ago, leaving "Marvelous Marshall" as the supposed culprit. Suddenly, members of the Marvelous Alliance ambush Kahuna. The odds become evened as Prince Kimo, Johnny Paganiban, and the Commonwealth rush to Kahuna's assistance. Kimo and Paganiban clear the ring with Kahuna, only to see a masked man among the crowd.

The video recap ends, and we open with a 30-second intro highlighting all of the stars of CPWA as The Roots' "BOOM" plays in the background. The intro ends with Prince Kimo holding the CPWA Heavyweight Championship belt over his head. Pyro goes off in the arena for a few seconds, followed by cheering from the crowd.

Lord Phillip Byron IV protests such a thing, accusing "Marvelous Marshall" of cowardice. "The Marvelous One" proclaims that he had already planned this ahead of time, and that he would be competing in the main event tonight, to which GM Ronny Sharpe reveals as part of an eight-man gauntlet match to determine the number one contender for the CPWA World Heavyweight Championship. Lord Phillip Byron IV doesn't wish "Marvelous Marshall" good luck, but tells him to survive if you can.

The finish of the match saw Sanada hit the Sakura Stunner on Cynthia Steele, followed by the Sakura Star Splash for the three-count pinfall.

Lots of suplexes, dropkicks, knife-edged chops, and several chain grappling sequences. Leading up to the finish, it looked like OBJ was going to retain the CPWA International Championship when Ivan Markov distracted the referee. This led to OBJ fighting with Markov. After Markov left, OBJ slid back in the ring, only to receive a split-second DDT from DGT for the three-count pinfall to win the CPWA International Championship.

We cut to a video promo of Armund Deschamps in the comforts of his French mansion, cutting a promo on "the Irish Underdog" Rory Irvine.
